“I think I saw an ad for Yafa Cafe on Facebook. We are always searching for good Mediterranean food, it's hard to find in Kansas City. Seeing Kibbeh on the menu automatically moved them to the top on the list. We really enjoyed our meals and appetizers! The kibbeh was good, the spanakopia was good. All of our meals were good. I really enjoyed the creamy chicken plate. The chicken shawarma was good. Everyone liked the kabobs (chicken and beef). We will definitely be back! The owner and employees were very nice and helpful. “I stopped by Sidos Mediterranean Cuisine for dinner around 7:00 PM and ordered a chicken shawarma plate with hummus, rice, warm pita, and a Greek salad. The chicken was tender and well seasoned with a nice grilled flavor, while the hummus was creamy and had a good balance of garlic and lemon. The rice was fluffy and the pita came out warm, making it easy to scoop up the hummus and sauces. The salad was fresh and added a nice lighter side to the meal. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant had a casual, comfortable atmosphere and the portions were generous enough to leave me feeling full. Overall, it was a really satisfying Mediterranean meal and I'd definitely come back to try the falafel and other dishes.“

“Was trying to get turned around on Metcalf, Dad was in the mood for Greek food. Pulled off into little center area to loop back on 105th… and bam there was this little authentic Greek restaurant. WOW! The food was amazing!!! A great find!“

“Went today for my Husband's birthday and the whole staff was phenomenal! The moment we walked in we were greeted so kindly. We got the Hummus as a appetizer, which came out so fast, and not only was it delicious but the presentation was beautiful. You can definitely tell and taste the love and care that was prepared with the food. For our entrees, I got the Chicken Shawarma and my Husband got the Gyro Plate and the rice and meat was wonderfully seasoned. For dessert we tried the Pistachio Baklava and it was perfection. “Just had holy land for lunch and it was the best meal I've eaten in as long as I can remember. I had the appetizer combo and it was perfection. Not only was it delicious and full of flavor, it was also beautifully plated. I wish I would have taken a picture before enjoying it fully. I usually get the gyro meat and hummus but decided to change it up today and take the gyro meat to go this time. If I lived closer I'd eat here everyday.“
