Raising Cane's Reviews
Ordered a Caniac Combo, replacing the French fries with Texas toast that I shared with my dad. Food was good, staff was friendly, atmosphere was amazing. On another note that I’m not really sure how to rate, the chicken fingers were so freshly made that they melted through the styrofoam box. So…4 stars for service?
Ordered my food at around 5:45pm on Aug.9th. Chicken fingers were delicious, staffs were very friendly. Everything’s good, until I saw the melted styrofoam box. Seems like they put the chicken in the box right out of the fryer. Should’ve cool it down before doing so.
It was ok.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a restaurant known for its quick service and hot, fresh chicken. One customer mentioned their order was ready in under 2 minutes, and the chicken was so hot it needed to cool down before eating. The chicken is described as crunchy and juicy, and the delicious sauce enhances the meal. However, the fries have been noted as being too salty. The restaurant's cleanliness is highlighted, with the dining room actively cleaned and restrooms found to be tidy. Customers also appreciate the very soft bread and the positive mention of sweet tea. The location may be on a congested street, but the speedy service and hot food make it worth a visit, even for those on a 24-mile bike ride. Staff were noted for their helpfulness in resolving any issues and ensuring a great experience for customers. Drive-through service is available, providing a friendly option for late-night dinners, although the experience may vary depending on who is at the window.
