This was one of the best drive thru experiences I’ve ever had! After a rough morning, Streeter gave me a boost of energy with his kindness and passion for his role. The food was great but the service was greater!
Normally, I have no complaints about this location as I tend to frequent it. But this evening I was extremely disappointed to get home and find that both my daughter and I had the wrong drinks with our meals. I’m sure whomever was expecting their 2 teas with lemonades were extremely disappointed. We on the other hand were both disappointed and disgusted as we don’t like ice tea and would have preferred the drinks ordered. So down the drain they went.

Chick-fil-A serves great-tasting food at the right temperature. The breakfast options are popular, and the lemonade is a highlight. The food quality has greatly improved, and the employees are always courteous, working together well even during busy times. While the service can be slow due to freshly made food, the staff works hard to keep up with demand. The drive-thru setup may take some getting used to, but parking is plentiful, especially at locations next to a Target. However, parking may be challenging to find during the dinner hour. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with an entire kids menu filled with yummy food. Many customers find this location to be the best in Kansas City, praising the great customer service and cleanliness.
