Chic fil la always fire, but one time the syrup was old for my pineapple dragonberry lemonade.... They just gotta make sure stuff is fresh
My boyfriend and I come every Saturday morning before we grocery shop and always receive the best service. The manager is lovely and truly cares, and the staff is always so wonderful. They offer great recommendations and really make for a pleasant experience. We look forward to our time every week :)

The food quality has greatly improved, and the employees are always courteous, working together well even during busy times. While the service can be slow due to freshly made food, the staff works hard to keep up with demand. The drive-thru setup may take some getting used to, but parking is plentiful, especially at locations next to a Target. However, parking may be challenging to find during the dinner hour. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with an entire kids menu filled with yummy food. Many customers find this location to be the best in Kansas City, praising the great customer service and cleanliness.
