The food is good, but they just can’t get the order right. Second time in a row that I’ve opened my BLT with added peppers only to open it at home and not have any peppers. Employees need to pay attention to what is ordered.
Didn't get the chance to order. Called to see if they deliver to my area and some girl answered and just said 'hello' in a tired and very annoyed sounding voice. I said hello and she repeated herself, this time adding Jimmy John's after a brief pause. If you cant even answer the phone in a friendly and professional manner, how can I expect you to handle my food and order? I cant is the answer. Ill get my lunch from one of the other 30+ places nearby.
OMG, now I understand why Jimmy John’s is number one, start with the freshest bread on the planet, roast beef, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, mayo, I’m in heaven!
