This Jimmy John's location is always fast and super friendly. I've eaten in and taken it to go and both are amazing. The workers always tell me the most efficient way to purchase sandwich's, chips, cookie, and drink to save the most money (example certain combos). Eating in is nice and the environment is not too loud and it's right downtown. I highly recommend this location!
I contacted this location to place an order for carryout. The person who took my order was wonderful! He was patient, kind and very helpful. He described ingredients on each sandwich ? so I could customize it to mine and my husband's liking. The order was ready and waiting as promised when we arrived. The restaurant was clean, organized and efficiently managed. I was delighted when I got home to eat lunch. It was accurate, fresh and delicious ?. Wow!! I made a mistake on my order today and was expecting to be able to fix it at the window before they made it.I wasn't aware they make them ahead of time. I asked them to please remake it and the manager actually said to me "You want us to remake the order because of your mistake?" Uh, yes. Yes I do.
