Received a sandwich with rancid meat on it. Told the supervisor about it and that I'm at work and already threw it away. She said I had to bring the sandwich back in for refund. Bad business. I definitely expected better.

I’ve lived in the Waldo area since 2015. This jimmy John’s is literally walking distance from my home. Always liked them in the past. I’ve been a very regular customer and usually come in about once a week. For the last 3 months straight my order has been wrong every time. Very disappointed given that it’s so convenient but I just feel like I can’t even go here anymore if I know the order will be reliably wrong. Literally. Every. Time.

Wow!! I made a mistake on my order today and was expecting to be able to fix it at the window before they made it.I wasn't aware they make them ahead of time. I asked them to please remake it and the manager actually said to me "You want us to remake the order because of your mistake?" Uh, yes. Yes I do. Mistakes happen, I didn't realize your wheat bread isn't a sub. There's no line, I paid a lot of money for this food, can you please remake it because that's absolutely your job. I've been in the hospitality and food service business for 20 years and I would never speak to a paying customer like that. Absolutely unacceptable.The sandwich, when it finally came out, was delicious and made correctly, so there is that. Also, the kid at the window was very kind and understanding.

The Waldo location hurts the neighborhood! Drug deals, trash and a very sketchy people are all attracted to this location. This hurts the other business and people who live or work nearby. I just witnessed a drug deal happen right out the backdoor, they didn't even try to hide it. The management clearly does not care at all about how awful this location is.Update: Just cause someone "owns" the location doesn't absolve corporate of the responsibility for this location. It's still your name and brand on that building. You're just trying to shift blame. This tells me that you do not care about the quality of your locations or how this one is hurting the neighborhood it's in.

Place is weird now. Nothing gets done on time. Managers are always like whispering to each other and stuff. It's a real weird vibe. Mostly it's bad because it's the slowest Jimmy Johns in town though.

This Jimmy John's location is always fast and super friendly. I've eaten in and taken it to go and both are amazing. The workers always tell me the most efficient way to purchase sandwich's, chips, cookie, and drink to save the most money (example certain combos). Eating in is nice and the environment is not too loud and it's right downtown. I highly recommend this location!

Terrible service. Was never delivered our sandwiches. Status online never changed to out for delivery. We called and asked where they were. They asked if we were calling about a delivery to a completely different address. Then a different employee Amanda got on the phone and tried to tell us it was already delivered when it was not. She asked us to check our porch as if we had not. Then she hung up when we tried to say no it was not delivered and we checked the porch. We called back and she was trying to justify that she hung up on us for interrupting her while speaking and that she had to call her driver and ask where it ended up. We asked for a canceled order and refund and she asked if we checked our front porch again. I said again "Of course we checked our front porch." And she said "Oh you'd be surprised people do it all the time." And I said "Well we wouldn't have called if we hadn't checked." And she says "Yes you would have." And I said "Just give me the refund, goodbye" and hung up.So unhelpful and condescending and if I don't get my refund I'm going to dispute the charge.

1.6 miles away but they don't deliver to us.you wouldn't believe it but we live in a safe but diverse neighborhood that they purposely don't provide services for.

I contacted this location to place an order for carryout. The person who took my order was wonderful! He was patient, kind and very helpful. He described ingredients on each sandwich ? so I could customize it to mine and my husband's liking. The order was ready and waiting as promised when we arrived. The restaurant was clean, organized and efficiently managed. I was delighted when I got home to eat lunch. It was accurate, fresh and delicious ?. I'd definitely return to this location. Great job all the way around. Great value for the money ? as well.Vegetarian options: Order can be customized for vegetarian diets.Kid-friendliness: Clean restaurant with seating available for dine in. Colorful and cool decor to view while eating.Parking: Dedicated parking for the location.

Went there late tonight and the service was amazing! I had my pups with me and they gave me some bacon for them, it was beyond nice!
