Hands down the WORST service of any fast food I’ve ever been to. There have been multiple times we’ve gone here and left because we’ve waited in one of the parking spots or drive-thru for more than 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Not sure if they’re chronically understaffed or just deeply incompetent but they 100% live up to the reputation of being the worst fast food place in Waldo.
The only positive I can say is that the staff is friendly. They are working so hard probably because they are so understaffed that no order ever comes out in a reasonable time. Never go to a stall as they will never answer or will tell you to go through the drive thru. Every mobile order takes 15-20 minutes longer than the app says. Additionally, every time I say I have a mobile order they seem incredibly lost and appear to make my order on the spot. Everything seems so poorly...read full review

If you are thinking about getting sonic at this location think again. I waited over 20 minutes for a singular drink and nothing else on my order. It was one soda. Never coming back to this sonic again, what a joke.
