I had the pleasure of working with Nathan. He masterfully handled a catering disaster I had with another restaurant. He was very professional and accommodating with our order for 55, working quickly to get everything ready for us. I will definitely order again and again for our future Burns and McDonnell lunches!

Staff seems to need more training. Asked us what we wanted multiple times and took probably 5 minutes to input a single sandwich order. The person on register did not seem to understand my request to add two vegetable add ons and had to repeat myself multiple times. Food was good though, just think staff could use a bit more training. Also, on another note, the pickle we received with our sandwich was the saddest soggiest and floppiest little pickle. The employees at this location are absolutely amazing! The sandwich making skills are in my opinion better than Subways. Whenever I am unsure of what sandwich I want, I ask Michael (Mikey). Especially, since he is always coming up with new ideas and mixing ingredients they have for sandwiches.
