Went on MONDAY with 4 kids ordered a combo and a large sub for my kids to split. The employee made sure to ask if we wanted to round up. Once we sat down we started looking at the signs on the wall. We saw on Monday and Thursday kids eat for $.99 No one offered us that! We spent over $30 for 2 sandwiches. His excuse was that he forgot it was Monday. Completely unacceptable and the food was subpar… the place wasn’t clean.. we won’t be back!
If you haven’t tried their subs, go now they are fabulous!!! And what a great team to serve you. Nate Alicia Austin and Taylor. Thanks guys !!!

Food was fine but service was bad. How can it take 20 minutes to make 1 small sandwich, when there was only 1 customer ahead of me? They weren't swamped, just horribly slow, even with 4 staff there. Dining room and self service drink area were filthy, no apology for the unexplainable delay. I gave 2 stars for food but 0 for service. Poor mgmt. I won't be back

It is great they offer different portion sizes for meal deals. Makes it easier when eating with multiple people. I was a little disappointed they did not have their hot sauces on display as they once did before Covid. Also, it would have been nice if they had their hot sauces as an option to add to the sandwich to spice it up a notch. Otherwise, sandwiches are still consistent. Free hot sauce options to add to sandwiches at Firehouse subs would seem to go with the theme.

The worst location I am done ordering from this location forever. The orders are never ready when they say they're going to be, and the employees are highly unprofessional they will literally just stare at you. They'll be multiple people waiting in line and multiple employees walking around doing nothing and talking.

I had the pleasure of working with Nathan. He masterfully handled a catering disaster I had with another restaurant. He was very professional and accommodating with our order for 55, working quickly to get everything ready for us. I will definitely order again and again for our future Burns and McDonnell lunches!

Staff seems to need more training. Asked us what we wanted multiple times and took probably 5 minutes to input a single sandwich order. The person on register did not seem to understand my request to add two vegetable add ons and had to repeat myself multiple times. Food was good though, just think staff could use a bit more training. Also, on another note, the pickle we received with our sandwich was the saddest soggiest and floppiest little pickle. Not a big deal really but....I personally wouldn't have sent that out as I work in food myself.
