“Awruff! Bay Boy Sandwiches at the Commons! Where even to start! Tail-Wagging fun from the moment I walked it! Sports games, arcade games, lawn games, and skeeball! This place has it all! 🏈 🎯 🕹️I got a mouth-watering sandwich, The Bandit! Roast beef, smokey cheddar, red onion, raspberry jam and horseradish all on a delicious Dutch crunch roll! 🐶💚🥪 The atmosphere was high-energy and just felt less like strangers, and more like your own pack. It took a minute for our food to be ready, but it was so hot and fresh, and the staff were so nice I didn't mind! 10/10 🦴 will definitely be back!“

“We'd been wondering about Planet Sub for a while and took the plunge today. We should have come here sooner!

I had the Super Hero and my wife and the Green Turkey. (Don't let the 'green' scare you off, it's guac). Both were excellent.

Service was fast and friendly. Prep time was a bit long but we visited right at noon and they were busy; no complaint there.

Atmosphere is a mix of industrial and 60s quasi-psychedelic with some interesting artwork on the walls. It's an interesting departure from the modern sanitary chain eateries.

They use an interesting gimmick to track your order. I won't spoil the fun -- if you want to know, you'll have to stop by. You won't be disappointed!“

“If you enjoy a healthy and less expense alternative to Jersey micks or sub way good cents is the place to go. I’ve been going semi often many times it’s three to two times a week and let me tell you based off other fast food experiences you might run into this good cents has none of that, the store smells amazing just when you walk in let alone actual bite and eat a sandwich or sub and the employees are very kind even opening the door for me one time (lol) anyway I recommend this place if you have a appetite for a sub sandwich and you won’t regret it.“

“The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. “It was pouring rain the day that I visited. It was clear that I was walking, because I was soaked and carrying bags from the shopping I had done before stopping in. I asked for a bag with handles. The guy behind the counter asked me "why" instead of just giving me the bag. (Well because carrying a brown paper sack and my other bags in the rain isn't fun, that's why). That's the reason that the service only gets 3 stars. The sandwich was good though.“

“Thanks to the folks at the cash register I was able to place my order. I stood in the spot where you order salads and the people working right in front of me avoided eye contact for about 5 min. I finally walked the the cash register where an employee walked over and basically made them take my order. Both cashiers were amazing but the guys on the salad making line get an unsatisfactory on customer service.“

Arriving just after the store opened, I noticed everything was very clean and as food was being brought out it was stored properly and looked very fresh. “This location has some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time as far as line kitchens are concerned. We just moved back from a very conservative state to the Kansas City area and I was very apprehensive to try Firehouse Subs based on my last experience at a different location. Pleasantly surprised, will definitely be coming back. It's nice to go into a place and feel that the employees are genuinely happy to work there. Just based unlimited interactions, you can tell that this is a location that operates like a work family versus random strangers who come in to collect pay. If you're going to see a movie, or spend time at the mall, this is the place that you want to give your business to!“

Can be busy as it's located inside Walmart but it was not busy when I ordered.
Convenient to order at a kiosk or with a person.
I got chicken wings lemon pepper not a strong flavor and cooked a bit to crispy but the buffalo Chipotle chicken was delicious.
Fries are alright.
Not to bad for the price was reasonable.“

“I go here about once a week. Two months or so ago I walked in and one of the workers - I don't know her name but she's almost always there during lunch hour - called me by name, which pleasantly surprised me. She may be one of the managers, I'm not sure.

While I'm there relatively frequently, and while remembering a regular customer's name used to be the norm, you don't get that a lot these days from anywhere. I appreciated the attention to detail and just the general customer service attitude. Sometimes it's the small things, not just the main product.“

“I had been driving since 4 a.m. and initially I rolled into this area to get a green juice drink from Nektar, but I knew I needed to eat something more substantial as well. I was thrilled to see a Planet Sub because I hadn’t eaten there since I left AZ 2+ years ago.I was greeted by a friendly employee and ordered a half Beefeater, then saw they had loaded potato soup on the menu. Now, it’s way too hot for a thick cream-based soup, but you know I got it anyway. It was delicious and so was my sandwich. Perfect all around. Then I walked off about 15 of those calories & got my juice drink for dessert. Triple yum.“
