“Geeze I don't know how long it's been since I happened to stop in at this establishment. A long time. I treat it as a nice treat cause of the price 20$ for a whole sandwich chips and a fountain drink. The quality is second to none though. The two young gentlemen were quick and friendly with there service. So if you're in the area leave them a tip when you drop in.“

This place has it all! 🏈 🎯 🕹️I got a mouth-watering sandwich, The Bandit! “Long time customer enjoy the knackwurst but the order today has a different texture. Instead of being dense and firm, it is loose and soft. May be a one off, as this is first time in 20 years for such a change. Hope the recipe was not changed to keep the price down as the knackwurst today does not reflect the legacy. “Ordered large sandwich, cinnamon rolls, two chips. The clerk was busy showing me what cinnamon rolls to pick up, plus waiting on drive thru and frosting cinnamon rolls. I got all the way home and did not have my chips. Those are expensive! I tried to call several times no answer! Not very happy!

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. “Thanks to the folks at the cash register I was able to place my order. I stood in the spot where you order salads and the people working right in front of me avoided eye contact for about 5 min. I finally walked the the cash register where an employee walked over and basically made them take my order. Both cashiers were amazing but the guys on the salad making line get an unsatisfactory on customer service.“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

I heard him call his regulars by their names. I heard him ask each person how their day was and it was said with genuine affection. They are also down multiple steamers for sandwiches making it harder for the workers to do their job. Hopefully owners will update equipment making it better for their staff and customers.“

“Very fast service. We ordered online and selected pick up asap while we was sitting in the parking lot. Maybe 5 mins, if that, later went inside and it was ready to go at the counter waiting for us to pay for it. It was worth every bit that paid for it too. Reasonably priced, u get alot for ur bucks. Very fresh and high quality ingredients. Very well made, looks like they took their time making it even tho it was made fast. I couldn't wait to go back n get another sandwich from them. So we did go back a couple days later n it was great again. Now whenever I've money to spend again I know where I want to go. I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't tried this place yet. On a side note, along with the great food, if you're not in a rush or have a few mins to spare, it's definitely worth to have a look around the inside of this place.
