“Good sandwiches, but the young guy with the silly looking mustache and no other facial hair needs to learn how to help people. I thought I heard my named called, so I walked up to the counter, where I saw a number of orders. As I was looking at them, he comes up and asks "are you picking up for delivery?" I said "im waiting for my order for John". He says "okay" and just walks back to the kitchen. I thought he would at least give me a status update of my order, but nothing. He should have said "these are delivery orders only, but your order will be out soon" instead of blankly staring at me, as if I can telepathically read his thoughts.

Nevertheless, I'll be coming back for those damn good sandwiches ?“

“On Saturday I came in to pick up a team order consisting of 20 individual sandwiches only to realize that the order had been placed for the wrong day. I was supposed to deliver the meals to Rockhurst within 30-45 minutes of my arrival. At first, I was told that there was no way that they could start and make the entire order - they didn't believe they had enough bread and it was the lunch hour. Walker (who may have been the manager but if not, he was definitely a great leader!) helped me problem solve. We tried calling another location who simply said they couldn't help me. He then told me that he could perhaps make half the order and that he would call to see if a third location could do the other half. Ultimately though, he threw more bread in the oven and got his team to work. He was going to let me know when they got half way through. He offered me a drink while I waited and I sat there patiently, happy for any help he was able to provide. In what seemed like less than ten minutes, his team had gone ahead and made the entire order for me. I then wanted to go through the chips as I had been warned that we might be short a few bags of chips. One of the other kids there was super sweet and gladly went through the bag to help me count. He easily could have been annoyed with me but he was not. I purchased the rest of the chips we were missing and made it to Rockhurst only 15 minutes late. I was genuinely so appreciative of their help. It was nice to see someone so willing to help problem solve and an entire team of people work together to get something done. Please please let Walker (and the entire team who was working Saturday during the lunch period) know how much I appreciate their willingness to help! They really stepped up.“

“My first time at this little mob and pop spot is what I like to call him. I had the double cheese burger. It was far my wife had the sausage, egg bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, goodness on the toasted bread, awesome sauce. It was scivity.. I'm definitely going back. Would definitely recommend. There was a bit of a weight but definitely worth it.“

“I have been going here since I was a little girl. I have quite a bit of German heritage and my dad found it important too help me and my brother's experience authentic German food. Sandwiches here are amazing the sausages are extremely high quality and the people are just so friendly and kind. My kids are finally getting to an age where this will start to be memories for them too.

“We demolished the Italian beef and white cheddar Mac. The camera did not eat first. You can’t beat a sandwich with Au Jus. The Italian beef had the perfect amount of spice. This is coming from a spicy food lover. The spice was mellowed out by the creamy Mac and cheese. The shells were cooked to perfection and ended up creating little balls of cheese that explode in your mouth. Highly recommend Pickleman’s“

“I really enjoyed coming here! The sandwich was nice and warm when it came out. The sandwiches were exquisite! I would recommend putting napkins with the sandwich when you hand them over. Also, I did not get the theme… Each wall was painted a different color and there was random signs like famous singers, a painting of space, a rocket ship, and a picture of The Beatles. Still really yummy. Would recommend.“

“2 TVs in each corner if you’re a visual person. Great music playing overhead, an overall fantastic atmosphere. My brother and I grab a bite to eat there after hitting the comic shop right next to it. Highly recommend the Turkey Bacon Avocado, meatball sub, or their Philly Cheesesteak.

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

“I really enjoy this location and the quality of the food, operator, and service. I go almost every day. The customer loyalty program being down for so long is very ridiculous but that is not the locations fault. Highly recommended! Hook and Ladder with black olives. Trust me.“

“I love the food at the Mixx and have never had anything that was not delicious. My problem is the customer service. The Mixx has failed me many times. On large orders only. I have ordered several time from there for a large party maybe from 5-15 people. I NEVER get everything that I order. I mean Never. I always have to go back and get something because their limit on getting the order completely right is three. So if you get one thing you're in good shape because the food is good they just can't get larger order correct. Honestly, they do make it right with a gift card but I would rather just pick up my order and everything is how I ordered it.“

“Jersey mikes never disappoints! I travel all over the world and as long as I go in to place my order I get perfection everytime. Sometimes they have restrictions for custom orders on door dash and online order options so this place was worth the drive. This location doesn’t have avocado but my sandwich was still bomb!!! “Tbh, Subway in general has become too expensive for what it is. However, this Subway is the nicest and best ran store I’ve been to in a long time. It’s incredibly clean consistently, food is always well made for what it is, and the staff is friendly. Don’t shy away from this location if you’re still a Subway fan.

Vegetarian options: It’s Subway. Make the sandwich without meat. But they have plenty of veggie options to choose from and good sauces to complement it.“

“The specialty here is tea - sweet, unsweet, flavored. Other soft drinks are also available. The deli sandwiches and sides are very good. My favorite sandwich is the Italian with a side of steamed broccoli. A side is included with a sandwich.

Their wraps are simply amazing—you must give them a try. The avocado toast is a standout; it's anything but bland, thanks to the thoughtful toppings and flavorful avocados. “The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. When I arrived at my office (about 5 minutes later) my food was still warm. Overall, a great experience.“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“Best Tenderloin burger you will ever eat. The other menu items are good too, but the Tenderloin is cooked to perfection every time I been there. Only one miss step was I got it loaded with the extra stuff. I don't recommend it, but maybe you'll like it. The service is great and very friendly. Atmosphere is good outside dining depending if you find a table when it's busy. During winter time, it'll be a bit difficult to sit outside. All and all, it's must try. You will love it.“

Getting to the store to pick my order up, I enter the store and the manager asks for my name. I tell him my name and show him my order, the manager looks at me and said "I'm sorry the #4 supreme meats has been discontinued, but we did add the extra capicola and pepperoni to it" customer service like that is hard to find nowadays, Manager could of just told me to get bent and I have to wait for another sandwich to me made, but they just went ahead and ran the extra mile just so I could have a good experience. “Been here several times. The manager is friendly, flexible, and always has good recommendations for combinations to try on my sandwich. Store is always clean, food always tastes fresh. The line can take 15-30 minutes during the weekday lunch hour, but the service is as fast as one could reasonably expect. Outside of that hour, it’s very quick in and out. Daytime parking is metered unless you want to walk a block.“
