“Food was delish! The service was nice as soon as I stepped in the door. They made my sandwiches so fast, done before I even got done paying! I was impressed.
Bathroom was decent,store was empty so makes sense to be clean, paper towels stocked but cover of holder was missing. I had a long drive and had to go in for restroom, but I love that they have drive thru option!“

“As subways go, it was ok. I'm not sure if they just felt overwhelmed when we came in or what, but listening seemed hard. My husband ordered a BLT and they started making him a BMT, which he caught. They also never asked 6" or 12" or bread type, just started making me a 12, which I unfortunately didn't catch until after it was toasted. Olives had to come off as they weren't at the freshest, which is too bad because olives are my favorite part! The servers were very nice, though, and even with all the mess ups they were courteous with the corrections. The place itself and restrooms were very clean so 👌 for that.“

“Ordered large sandwich, cinnamon rolls, two chips. The clerk was busy showing me what cinnamon rolls to pick up, plus waiting on drive thru and frosting cinnamon rolls. I got all the way home and did not have my chips. Those are expensive! I tried to call several times no answer! Not very happy!

“Stellar speed, great food, great people! The owner of a the restaurant personally made sure that they turned out a huge order for our group of 15. The sandwiches came so quickly, and the food was awesome! Super fresh with toasty freshly made bread. And the Owner plus staff were all really great, super nice people. I will go back in a heartbeat when visiting KC again.“

99% of the time they get it right but this time we ordered online and they forgot our brookie, cookie, and carrot cake.
I should have checked the bag but I didn’t, and they were closed by the time we got home.“

“I ordered my food on the website for pickup. I hadn’t ordered in a long while but when I logged in I had an available coupon! I made a few alterations to my sandwich, taking off some stuff and putting on others. My order was perfectly accurate. My food was warm when I got it to work. I was able to make my drink fresh when I picked up. The associates at The Store were super nice. I saw the manager there as well working hard behind the counter. I would definitely recommend this location. May seem pricey, but the sandwiches are really big. Thank you!“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

Dinning room very clean. Those who follow my reviews know that I rate restaurants heavily by their restrooms and the mens room here needs a good cleaning and disinfecting. No clean restrooms, to me I find kitchen hasn’t gotten totally cleaned.

I usually have to eat alone so a nicely decorated dinning room is appreciated. Summer theme here so come a enjoy your meal. Don’t forget to clean up after you and family.
