“Food was delish! The service was nice as soon as I stepped in the door. They made my sandwiches so fast, done before I even got done paying! I was impressed.
Bathroom was decent,store was empty so makes sense to be clean, paper towels stocked but cover of holder was missing. I had a long drive and had to go in for restroom, but I love that they have drive thru option!“

“As subways go, it was ok. I'm not sure if they just felt overwhelmed when we came in or what, but listening seemed hard. My husband ordered a BLT and they started making him a BMT, which he caught. They also never asked 6" or 12" or bread type, just started making me a 12, which I unfortunately didn't catch until after it was toasted. Olives had to come off as they weren't at the freshest, which is too bad because olives are my favorite part! The servers were very nice, though, and even with all the mess ups they were courteous with the corrections. The place itself and restrooms were very clean so 👌 for that.“

“When Mr. Goodcents lost the Mr. In. Its name I didn't notice it for a while. The food seemed about the same quality and the people working seemed very nice. I understand some people around me feel betrayed bc an immigrant family took over the operation. I had no problem with that and love the integrated idea . Although lots of my friends grew up working there and I wud get a free sandwich and cookie and drink everyday after practice. Those days are gone but I wanted to bring attention to the families working ther....lots of school kids lost job opportunities so please gove free sandwich to young people again lol. “I like Schlotzsky's; it a chain, so you likely know if you like it or not. So instead of the food--I like the Original, extra toasty--I want to review this particular establishment. I have been here many times. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food comes out quickly in the way that you ordered it. This is, quite simply, a well run franchise; if you like Schlotzsky's, you will like this store.“

“Stellar speed, great food, great people! The owner of a the restaurant personally made sure that they turned out a huge order for our group of 15. The sandwiches came so quickly, and the food was awesome! Super fresh with toasty freshly made bread. And the Owner plus staff were all really great, super nice people. I will go back in a heartbeat when visiting KC again.“

“Cleanest, friendliest subway I have ever been to. We went in for a 3 pack of cookies and even after the older Indian gentleman saw we were paying in change (like a large amount of change), he still offered a 6 pack of cookies for $1 off and we gladly accepted. He was patient and understanding and so polite. I'm guessing he's one of the managers because even though he answered his phone while we were counting change, the other employee jumped in and helped us count the change. Just moved to town and already having the best experience. Thank you!

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“I’ve been here a few times, food is always fantastic and the service is great. Today I ordered the gluten free bread but I’m not allergic to gluten. They still asked me if it was an allergy or preference and I said preference but they still changed all their gloves and knives which I thought was great, protocol was definitely there for someone who does have an allergy so 10/10 great job!“

“Wanted to give a five star review. Food is great and service is friendly. One problem!! I’ve sat here for an hour and watched tables be cleared but never wiped or sanitized this can cause a health issue especially because other customers put dirty phones bags and other articles on tables. When i got to dining area i struggled to find an actual clean table top! I work in restaurants and this should be addressed.“

“I ordered my food on the website for pickup. I hadn’t ordered in a long while but when I logged in I had an available coupon! I made a few alterations to my sandwich, taking off some stuff and putting on others. My order was perfectly accurate. My food was warm when I got it to work. I was able to make my drink fresh when I picked up. The associates at The Store were super nice. I saw the manager there as well working hard behind the counter. I would definitely recommend this location. May seem pricey, but the sandwiches are really big. Thank you!“

“The lady could smile just a little bit more. He built a great 6” BMT with the Meal of the Day for $7.67. Thankful for the price, being unemployed for more than a year. I would appreciate an electrical plug for my phone.

Dinning room very clean. Those who follow my reviews know that I rate restaurants heavily by their restrooms and the mens room here needs a good cleaning and disinfecting. No clean restrooms, to me I find kitchen hasn’t gotten totally cleaned.

I usually have to eat alone so a nicely decorated dinning room is appreciated. Summer theme here so come a enjoy your meal. Don’t forget to clean up after you and family.
