“I had the best experience working first with Serena and then with Judy the manager for our catering order for our recent high school graduation party. They accommodated everything I asked for - including individually wrapping our 140 sandwiches, and providing packets of mustard and mayo instead of bottles. They provided plates, napkins and other veggies for the sandwiches. Judy also called me the day before the graduation to confirm again everything we wanted and they helped me load everything in the car. I would definitely recommend this location of Mr. Goodscents for any catering needed- sandwiches were 4 inch sandwiches too so not the smaller ones - less than 3 inches you get at competitors on catering trays. Impeccable service! Great customer service and food was great.“

“We were in tonight at the start of the Chiefs vs Bills game and there was only one girl working. she was slammed but did awesome under pressure . I didn’t get her name but hats off to her .She had a crazy amount of online orders she was trying to fill and went in order. I hope next time Management works one of these night because Im sure there will be upset people by the wait. But the girl with short blonde/blonde hair girl did great under a lot of pressure.“

“I was in on Monday night around 7pm and the woman inside was so beautiful and sweet !! Very welcoming and seemed sincere !
Atmosphere was clean, fresh and organized !
Bread was so soft and fresh tasting, all veggies were cold and fresh and the meats were flavorful and plenty !! I was nervous eating here because I’m very picky with my sandwiches !! Jimmy John’s is about the only place I somewhat enjoy a sandwich from besides the Italian delis back home in Chicago. But this sandwich was delicious ! Built well, proportionate and tasty !! “The people who write these reviews are terible review writers.The restaurant is good, and the food is well its subway, but if you are polite to the workers they will do better and they will be more likely to be polite to you. I know people just expect others to be nice to them even when they are rude but it feels nice to be apricated. Especially since they are essential workers have have been there for you in the during the midst of a pandemic. Do better and be positive!?“

“Freaky fast just like they advertise. This is our go to for Subs. We like the chewy bread and simplicity of the sandwiches. The food is always fresh. We always get the same sandwich. I appreciate that it is always made the same (regardless of the location or person who makes it).“

“Last week I was in a pinch and needed about 15 (6inch) sandwiches for a wrestling meet. I came in and Chad was working by himself, and he made me 7 footling sandwiches in less than 10mins! He was super helpful and I greatly appreciated his help!! (A sandwich shop down the street turned me away because I didn’t give them an hour notice and that was with at least two employees, one being a manager.)
