I love your sandwiches much better than Subway but recently my order you guys changed your straws to a paper straw not good it makes the soda taste nasty and the straw gets soggy and falls apart whose idea was this get rid of it

Well, not totally bad. However, it might behoove you to kinda tidy up a bit. Looks like the fixings were thrown together from yesterday and were not at all appetizing. I ate the sandwich. I’m full. I won’t be going back. This was a Sunday and I was the only diner.
