First time using the subway app and I waited for a guest to finish then walked up and the young lady asked if I had an order I replied yes she replied you need to go up there to the front (rudely) the gentleman took care of me was friendly. Get home and my sandwich was missing tomatoes and the other sandwich was to be toasted and was not.
Subway has changed their menu again. What I normally get is my favourite sandwich, the Spicy Italian. But I couldn't find it on the drive-thru order board ?I ended up getting a turkey sub? Then, I got to the window to pick up and pay and asked what happened to their Sicy Italian. The cashier says, "Oh, the name has changed. With that disappointment and driving home with a sandwich, I did not want, I got home and noticed that the lettuce wasn't fresh. Man, this wasn't a good day...read full review

Sometimes you just wanna get a sandwich through a drive-thru, don't do that here. If you don't watch them make your sandwich they'll find a way to screw it up. Which is pretty impressive considering it looked like I was the only business they had.
