“I was really expecting something bad, I don't even know why. I left with such a positive attitude I'm confused. The place, super clean? The food, very fast? The staff, very nice? Is this out of the norm for Kansas? I think so.

Not your average sandwich shop, this is an operation that actually cares. Give it a try, I know there's a lot of bad, but here's one that's good...

Parking: Easy access, tons of parking, ain't no one coming here

“2 TVs in each corner if you’re a visual person. Great music playing overhead, an overall fantastic atmosphere. My brother and I grab a bite to eat there after hitting the comic shop right next to it. Highly recommend the Turkey Bacon Avocado, meatball sub, or their Philly Cheesesteak.

Dietary restrictions: Different breads, wraps, and I believe lettuce can be used as a wrap as well

Parking: Ample parking

Kid-friendliness: Suitable for all ages

“Had a coupon BOGO for the new store in Glenwood Plaza. Never ate at one. So tried it today. Had the Club Sub & Mikes Famous Philly. Wow...the Club Sub was huge! Very good, freshly sliced ham a& turkey, plenty of bacon. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles & onions on wheat. Great sandwich! Huge! Great value for the $$$. Will eat that again! The Philly was decent. Ample shaved beef, grilled fresh, along with peppers and onions, and ample white american cheese for a good gooey to it. No added toppings. Had on the rosenary parm bread. Personally, I wish there would have been more peppers & onions on the sandwich. I should have asked for more, but didn't know if there would be an upcharge. Only downside IMO was red onions are better for sandwiches than white onions, and be nice to have a few more options on toppings, like maybe sliced bell peppers, and spinach as an alternative to the shredded lettuce. So, we will be back. Club Sub on my favorites list, but need to try the chicken philly & chicken bacon ranch philly. Got a couple coupons left in the postcard, $2 off order and 25% off order, so will use those. If anyone has an extra postcard mailer and don't like Jersey Mike's, IM me and I'll give you my address ..I'll take those coupons...lol... Overall, very pleased. And my 91 year old mother enjoyed both sammiches also, so that is very good! Try them out...I was very pleased...“

Full Story: For the history of me ordering takeout, I ALWAYS check the whole order before leaving with my food. I've had to train my friends and family to do this too whenever picking up food for me. I'm not a picky eater, but we all want what we ordered. We've all had countless orders messed up only to find out after we're back home. I still frequent several of my favorite spots that mess up my orders (albeit I catch it in the store before leaving) so it's never a deal-breaker, just a monkey wrench that slows down your plans. With this Jimmy John's location specifically, I've ordered lunch here at least once a week for almost two years now. Even tho they've never messed up my order, I would still always check before tipping/leaving per habit. After about a year of perfect orders, I can say that I no longer check my sandwich before leaving and they still have a perfect track record! This is the only restaurant in the world that I do not have to check the order b/c they ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT! Thank you guys! Keep up the great work! =)“

“As a displaced Jerseyite I consider cheesesteaks sacred. So when I say Charlie does it right, I mean it. His cheesesteaks are as good as any of the top sandwiches in the metro. I dinged them 2 stars for service because they tried to give me someone else's sandwich and 2 dings for atmosphere since it's in a crowded, noisy food court and parking can be a real bear near the food court entrance.“
