Went to pick up my order this evening at 5:30pm on 2/6/2022. Arrived at this location clicked on the curbside display on my phone received an error message. Went inside they said they needed to see the credit card I used for the order. Said they were having trouble with people using cards with bad numbers. He made the sandwich, but when I got home the sandwich looked like it was missing some of the steak wasn't enough cheese. Need to know if this is what I can expect in the future....read full review
great customer service, employees very sweet and pretty clean compared to other subways in the hood. I’m very surprised they have a lot patience, most of the employees wouldn’t even deal with petty customers. Customers really don’t understand how to control their portions of vegetables. It’s crazy how people want to put extra extra extra extra vegetables, being selfish. You can clearly see there wasn’t space for more vegetables and they still were bugging for more. I love going here. There are few times when it's crowded, but even when it has a nice sized crowd the crew moves everything efficiently. Always smiling and the restaurant is always clean. The extra items are displayed in a neat and orderly fashion. Subway has implemented a new rewards system that will prompt you to take advantage of their chips and dessert options.Kid-friendliness: A very calm and relaxed environment.
