“Nice, clean location, service was fast and the burgers were prepared as ordered. We have the shack burger with avocado and bacon which was delicious. The bacon was crispy, the burger was cooked perfectly and wrapped in a handy paper so you don't get your have too messy.“

“My compliments to the gals that work the drive through windows in the morning. Especially to the lady that takes the money. She is always so cheerful and friendly. It's no wonder that people give her little gifts for her window. Give that woman a raise!“

“Order was delivered in a timely manner! They delivered us the wrong pizzas and we called to tell them. They made us the right pizzas and delivered them in a quick amount of time too! The delivery guy apologized. I was satisfied that they gave me the correct order in a timely manner as well. :)“

“Definitely lived up to the motto"Freaky Fast". Ordered swiped my card to pay and they handed me my sandwich. WOW!“
“On Saturday I came in to pick up a team order consisting of 20 individual sandwiches only to realize that the order had been placed for the wrong day. I was supposed to deliver the meals to Rockhurst within 30-45 minutes of my arrival. At first, I was told that there was no way that they could start and make the entire order - they didn't believe they had enough bread and it was the lunch hour. Walker (who may have been the manager but if not, he was definitely a great leader!) helped me problem solve. We tried calling another location who simply said they couldn't help me. He then told me that he could perhaps make half the order and that he would call to see if a third location could do the other half. Ultimately though, he threw more bread in the oven and got his team to work. He was going to let me know when they got half way through. He offered me a drink while I waited and I sat there patiently, happy for any help he was able to provide. In what seemed like less than ten minutes, his team had gone ahead and made the entire order for me. I then wanted to go through the chips as I had been warned that we might be short a few bags of chips. One of the other kids there was super sweet and gladly went through the bag to help me count. He easily could have been annoyed with me but he was not. I purchased the rest of the chips we were missing and made it to Rockhurst only 15 minutes late. I was genuinely so appreciative of their help. It was nice to see someone so willing to help problem solve and an entire team of people work together to get something done. Please please let Walker (and the entire team who was working Saturday during the lunch period) know how much I appreciate their willingness to help! They really stepped up.“

“I am not, I repeat not a McDonald’s fan since I was a child, but I was pleasantly surprised at the kind service and hot food, especially the fries. It was about 23:00 when I decided to take a chance and venture over to McDonald’s. The young guy at the window was nice and didn’t look ghetto at all. He said thank you and have a nice evening. I thought I was in the twilight zone. Nice servants, and at McDonald’s! That blew me away. It’s not the trifling ghetto service from the McDonald’s at 103rd off Stateline. If you are looking for non-English speaking, the real trifling, bonnet wearing, fake fingernails bad attitude then go to the 103rd street and Stateline road store. Classy! Real ghetto fabulous.“

“The guy that made my bowl was short tempered with me. I could barely hear what he said. He barely put stuff on my bowl didn't even ask what I would like. I will say he over did it with the sauces. If this was my first time here, he would be no help.
There was one employee, I wish I got his name was very kind.“

“Ate here today, for Mother’s Day, what a find. We live 45 minutes away but will definitely return. Large portions, I had a gyro and the Greek fries. Delish!!“
