The service was fast and friendly and I was able to customize the ingredients on each sandwich ? to mine and my husband's liking.The order was made fresh and according to our specifications. The restaurant was clean, well organized and efficiently managed.I asked about the wraps - which I'm glad they kept on the menu after summer so we get a chance to try them in the future. The employees gave their honest opinion about each wrap to help guide my future decisions when ordering from that portion of the menu.My husband and I were both pleased when we got home to eat lunch. These men went above and beyond to create a superior customer experience easily unmatched by competitors.I have worked in the service industry for 15 years. During that time: I’ve worked at multiple sandwich shops and food places. So, I know what it’s all about.This Jimmy John’s isn’t even comparable to any I have had in the past; easily one of the two best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The food quality was outstanding. The ratio of items on the sandwich was perfection: not too much or not too little of anything. The sandwich even looked like it belonged on company advertisements.I don’t live close to this area, but I will happily go out of my way to visit this store in the future.I’m pretty certain even dementia could not make me forget this experience. “I am not, I repeat not a McDonald’s fan since I was a child, but I was pleasantly surprised at the kind service and hot food, especially the fries. It was about 23:00 when I decided to take a chance and venture over to McDonald’s. The young guy at the window was nice and didn’t look ghetto at all. He said thank you and have a nice evening. I thought I was in the twilight zone. Nice servants, and at McDonald’s! That blew me away. It’s not the trifling ghetto service from the McDonald’s at 103rd off Stateline. If you are looking for non-English speaking, the real trifling, bonnet wearing, fake fingernails bad attitude then go to the 103rd street and Stateline road store. Classy! Real ghetto fabulous.“
