“It was my first time at Mod Pizza and the food was fantastic, but the food wasn’t the best part, the service I received was fantastic!
The young crew member whose name was Aidan was very welcoming and walked me through how the process works, recommending me what he thinks would work best.
I got the mod sized unlimited topping and the toppings were very fresh, the member also didn’t have a problem with changing gloves when I asked.
The pizza was fantastic and the customer service was out of this world! I will be back.“

“This location, hands down, had the most polite employees I've ever came into contact with at a fast food establishment. Before we even stepped foot inside, an employee jogged ahead of us to open the door. The young man taking our order smiled and addressed us immediately. And we even observed several others walking around, asking if everyone's experience was good or if they needed anything. VERY impressed and I feel like this is a direct reflection on good management.“

“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“

Tacos were greasy and so nasty, chips were old, potato ole were sitting under heat lamp for probably a few hours. Has got to be some of the worst tacos we have eaten anywhere. I don't like being negative but this was absolutely horrible food. Will not go back. no way.“

“Went through the drive through at noon on a Saturday. We had no wait in line at all to order. The girl taking our order was super chipper and friendly. There was only a two minute or so wait to get our food after we paid, and it was still hot when we got home ten minutes later. Order was complete and correct. Burritos and tacos had ample filling. Good location to visit.“

“Credit where it is due, this specific Taco Bell is the best I've ever been to. I swear they make everything to order. As a result, lines are a bit longer. But the food is freshly made, which makes it well worth it to me. I live nearby and come here all the time. Staff is fantastic.“

“We visited here on Sunday evening for a late dinner and used the app to order ahead. Our meal was pretty much ready when we got there and the gentleman that helped us did a good job. The food order itself was 100% accurate and they did not forget a single item. I feel this is extremely noteworthy as most Taco Bell's forget an item or 2 when the order is for a few or more people. He did actually forget one of our drinks but he was apologetic and quickly got us the drink. The food was delicious and was still warm when we got it home. This was definitely one of our better Taco Bell experiences as of late and this location did a great job for us. Thanks again!“

“It has come to my attention that there is alot of negativity going around about this taco bell location. Well. Lemme tell yall something. I am one of the biggest people in town and i have visited this taco bell all of last summer and this previous winter. Not even exaggerating probably about 300 orders from summer to now. Not a single issue with my food or my service. And if you had a problem with being patient for fast food. You might just be bigger than i am. Yalls orders were probably too big for them to make in a normal and decent time frame. :)“

“This might have been my best Taco Bell experience. Normally I just get Taco Bell via the drive thru or Door Dash, but today I was running around and I thought I'd eat there. The staff was friendly, the restaurant & bathroom was clean, but most importantly, the food was hitting.

“I can never forget the Wendy’s finger in the chili story. Although it ended up being a hoax, the story stuck with me. Now when I go to Wendy’s I get the chili, it’s like a gambling. I hope every single time I get the finger, I’d even take a finger nail.
