Just got a Blizzard and it was super runny. There would be no way for them to tip this one upside down. Disappointed.
We went here today because I wanted a vanilla milkshake. The staff here are first class! The young lady working the drive thru and the gentleman who brought our orders up were absolutely great! Kind, very top level customer service. The ice creams were great!! Thank you so much !. I didn't get the names but this happened about 5pm today, Sept 27. To the owner: You have quality people here, and should be proud of them. They speak so well for your business!♥♥♥

Based on the reviews, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill / Orange Julius is one of the best DQs in the city. The ice cream is good and there is barely a wait. The Backyard Bacon Ranch and medium fry were both very good, with the burger being good enough to take time to enjoy and the fries cooked just right. Everything was clean, including the bathroom, and the staff was polite, professional, and efficient. However, the dipped cone situation is a problem, as it always comes out looking like the 💩 emoji instead of having a clean dip and perfect “Q” swirl. Service can be incredibly slow and disorganized, taking 20 minutes to be served. A tip is to order on the app and tell them you are there.
