Fast Food Restaurants near De Soto

“I stayed away from this place due to food quality and very poor customer service that includes unfriendly staff, and the lack of cleanliness. After giving it another visit on Memorial Day I highly recommend this Pizza Hut location. All the food from the buffet was great. Fresh salad, hot pizza and pasta. They would also make any pizza you requested for the buffet. Service has greatly improved as the staff had good personality with not just me but all the customers that came in. The young lady that served drinks to my table was quick and friendly. I also liked that she would take the empty plates off our table. Floors were clean, not sticky, and the staff would change out serving tools frequently.“

“The past two times I visited this Taco Bell the staff has been so friendly and polite. When they accidentally forgot to bring out chips with my order they very apologetic (even though they didn’t need to be) and gave me some cinnamon twists along with the chips.“

“When I lived in Bonner, I would occasionally treat myself to Abelardo’s and always loved it. Out of all the local late-night Mexican restaurants, Abelardo’s is my favorite.

When my boyfriend would come in town, he always wanted to go get it. Now that we live in Iowa, we always get it when we visit Kansas!

We will get it from the locations here in Iowa as well but the burritos are smaller and the green sauce and queso is different and I personally don’t like it nearly as much as this location in Kansas.

The folks there are also very nice and welcoming.

“I went to Arby’s this morning at 6:30 am. I got 2 meat mountains and a beef gyro. The food and service made me so happy I hallucinated my dead grandma coming back to life and splitting my meat mountains. I went to bed at 11:00 am and woke up in a ditch with roast beef on my stomach and mustard in my lips. 10/10 would recommend.“

“It was fun to see the local kids trying to order food without cars lol. Glad to see they feel they have a safe place to grab a bite to eat. I grabbed a slushie and some soft pretzels. I wish they had some queso for the pretzels and while they weren't what I used to get in NYC they were decent. They weren't dried out and didn't get cold or hard before I got home and had a chance to eat them which was nice.“

“This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this Burger King. I’m not a fan of fast food, so this is one of the few places I will go to. I order the Whopper Jr meal. The food is always fresh and hot, including the french fries. The service at the drive-through window is outstanding! The employees are very pleasant and respectful! “Jorge was the best! I finally found a place that is open late with great workers. I stopped coming for a while because the attitude of the workers were sub par. They fixed that problem with this manager. Thank you sir and I will be back when I get my cravings again!“

“Line was long here at 11 but way better after the absolute train wreck at the nearby Taco Bell/KFC.
This place was open, hot, and the guy was nice and explained the meal deal with no attitude.

“Occasionally they serve a runny milkshake. Just call them out and you will get your money back. (It’s usually a new kid.) Classic open air eating and locals chatting. It’s not healthy but it cools you off on a hot day, and it’s great for meeting friends.
If they have boba, then I’m there!“

“Ordered last night for dinner. Website was easy to order from, ordered a Large pizza with a coupon, store kept in contact with me through text, Pizza was great, made accurately and perfectly portioned. However my only problem was that I was under the impression that if I order on papa John’s website, I should get a papa John’s delivery driver who gets paid a decent wage, so I gave a $3 tip (20% of my order). I guess they 3rd party through DoorDash because I had a very angry dasher at my door saying he hates how people like me who are broke ordering food and only tip $1-2. I’ve stopped using DoorDash for this reason, their employees are rude, they get orders wrong or deliver it to the wrong address. Please go back to personal drivers who understand the basics in professionalism or at least give us a warning that it will be a 3rd party delivery. Please, please, PLEASE.“

“Everytime I come in to this location there is always one person working. I appreciate how friendly they are despite always being busy, I know how stressful and hard it can be. I appreciate their hard work and friendliness despite the chaos! 😁 Plus the food always tastes good!“
