“First time at a Runza, and it was great. The service was fantastic, and the lady at the counter helped us with what to order. The food was out quickly and was still hot after we made it home around 10 to 15 mins. We don't have these where I am from, but I will definitely come back and get a cheese runza and frings anytime!“

“The crew here was very kind and competent when I went here, and I have gone here at least a few times. They took my order and made sure it was correct. I hate it when it's put in and they assume it's gotta be right. I like them asking. It was out fresh and hot when I ate it. I'm picky with McDonald's, and they did good“

“Only issue I have is that they decided to switch from a flat top grill to a flame broiler. It makes their burgers taste like Burger King burgers which isn't to my liking. If I wanted Burger King I would eat there. Everything else is pretty good though.“

“I really like the staff at this location. I've lived nearby for a few decades so I've been there quite a lot. Especially over the past 3 or 4 years, I've noticed that the employees at this location are particularly friendly and helpful. Sometimes I even plan ahead and have a few ketchup packets in their pockets so they don't have to go all the way back in while you wait for them to bring it all the way back. And I never mind giving a nice tip to these folks but I wish they were paid more because I sometimes see these very same people when I have to go to the food pantries.“

So we got to impersonate Jake from State Farm for a bit. He even hollered it out just like that, title and all.

Would I go back? Of course. As Jake? Nah. There are way too many more novelty names out there...“

But there have been a couple of times they gave me the wrong pies with my order, and were a few times they did NOT make my coffee the way I ordered it!
So now I check before leaving the window regardless of the mean faces they give me!!!
See, they DON'T UNDERSTAND that I desperately need the order correct so I can be safe & awake for my long drive and NOT become a statistic!!!
