“The crispy chicken club sandwich is wonderful. I usually have half a sandwich for lunch, then the other half for dinner, but doggone it, it was sooo good I ate the whole thing! Light and crispy, not greasy, on the outside, and inside the chicken was tender and moist. Beats the heck outta the other chicken restaurants chicken sandwiches. The drive thru employees are kind, what a pleasant surprise. Oh and it’s dinner time but I’m I’m still full from my lunch, so it’s all good! Literally.“

“This was my first time at a Chick-fil-A. I am not a big chicken person, however, my son wanted to try a Chick-fil-A. I ordered one of the wraps and he ordered I believe chicken strips, or chicken nuggets. The food was really good! The staff was even better! We even had someone ask us while we were eating inside the establishment if we need to refills on our drinks. I don't believe that has ever been offered to me at a fast food establishment before. Overall I would eat at a Chick-fil-A again even not being a fan of chicken.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to give thanks to the employees at this location, SE 29th st in Topeka. I just got back from picking up a pizza for my son. I visit frequently because my son is autistic and has food issues so pizza is one of his foods. So one particular employee always recognizes me and that's very nice to be recognized. But aside from that, I always get kindness and smiles from everyone. These days it seems like you can't go anywhere without being treated like garbage but not at this pizza hut. The employees here are a ray of sunshine poking out of a thunderstorm. And for a tired mom just trying to get her kid fed, that means the world. I don't have a lot of extra money to leave a tip but I promise you all, you are not going unrecognized. Thank you so much for your great service and pizzas that my son adores!“

I was doing the drive-through at Arby’s on Gage this afternoon, and as soon as I heard the voice asking for my order, I just felt welcomed. I guess the most striking thing about this is that I was really surprised. Apparently I don’t normally get that feeling at a drive-through! The young woman continued to be friendly and welcoming throughout the entire transaction. I wish I had her name so I could tell management that she needs to train the other employees! Well done, young lady!“

“This was the first time my husband and I used the app to order before arriving. Husband got frustrated he quit..lol I had a little more patience and after finally getting correct location to stick, arrived and order succesful. BUT this review turned into a 5 star due to Rae. Rae empathized with our frustration and turned it into a comedic and fun experience. Rae is a keeper. “I went in and there was this really tall dude who was super chill. I ordered and while I was waiting, we had a nice conversation because I was the only one there. Julian is the best at pizza hut and deserves a raise. He also made the pizza and it was the BEST pizza I ever had in my life!“

“I know this restaurant is probably older, but this Long John Silver’s is one of the most well-kept locations I’ve been to. No sticky tables, bottles, or greasy floors. Since the Long John Silver’s in my city closed, I decided to visit this one while enjoying a day out with the family in Topeka. The service was warm, friendly, and patient (we hadn’t been to a Long John Silver’s in years and had quite a time deciding!). The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. Definitely will be back!“

“I was very impressed soon as I walked in first of all the atmosphere of the store with the new rebuild was just amazing. I was also impressed and how the staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door they made me feel welcome and made me feel like I was family. My food was fresh and hot everything was amazingly delicious. “I went on Monday afternoon during lunch and it was PERFECT. I did not have the experience that a lot of people on here seem to have had. The sweet tea was just how I like it SUPER SWEET! It was fresh and didn't taste weird like a lot of restaurants/gas stations do. There was 4 of us and all of our food came out quick, hot, fresh and delicious! The front counter lady was a sweet heart and took great care of us! We enjoyed it and plan to go back soon! We are picky eaters so this says a lot.

Update: I went back this evening and it was a total disappointment compared to last time... They got our food wrong. Our fries and tea were old. My boyfriends patty melt was basically plain very little condiments/toppings. My onion rings were soggy and for some weird reason they only put the bacon and condiments on only one side of my burger. Not impressed. It wouldn't let me add another review so I just edited this one.“

“What an amazing place! Miguel, the manager, truly went above and beyond. My husband was on a road trip when his car died in their parking lot. He didn’t have jumper cables and felt too embarrassed to ask anyone for help, so I called the store myself. Without hesitation, Miguel stepped in and immediately found jumper cables and helped my husband get back on the road.

This is the true definition of customer service—kind, proactive, and genuinely caring. We’re so grateful for his help and will absolutely be leaving them a great review Highly recommend!“

“As good as the service is near the capitol, they did REALLY well at lunch rush. I was a mobile order with no need to rush and they had it ready as I walked in on their counter.

They have the new self-order kiosks and one register in front for people who have difficulties.

“I always recommend Jimmy John’s to anyone who will listen but this is my go-to Jimmy John’s establishment!! They’re always quick about getting the food to you and it tastes great for the efficiency and price!! Hubby and I have been going to this one for years now since it’s close by (not quite close enough to deliver to our house though sadly) and only recently started using their delivery due to my job being close by (lucky me 🍀). “Probably the best church's in topeka. Especially, during the day time hours. Manager is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Parking lot could be repaved & holes filled in but it can be blanketed by the exceptional service and food.“
