“Ever wanted to step backwards through time?
Well, that's what this place felt like.
Old school Americana plastered on the walls and (metaphorically) oozing from between the tiles.

We were served very quickly, the food came the second we sat down.
And to be fair, we claim in at a time where it wasn't very busy, but worth it nonetheless.

I got the garlic parmesan steak burger and my travel partner got herself the oriental chicken salad.

I can say that the fries were perfectly cooked and the burger was perfect, like pillows of garlic bread with the best patties you've ever had.

I can't say much for the salad since my travel partner didn't let me have any, but she noted that she loved the ginger dressing.

And the sweet tea was actually sweet tea, so all around perfect in my book.“

“It s my first time eating here. I ordered food for curbside pickup. I arrived, called the number and the woman was very pleasant, brought my order out quickly. They were very busy as it was the LUNCH HOUR. I was surprised it was an uncomplicated process.
My Adobo chicken bowl that I customized was hot and delicious. There are so many options! What really surprised me was how yummy their tortilla chips and cheese dip were. I will definitely eat here again.

“I just wanted to take a moment to give thanks to the employees at this location, SE 29th st in Topeka. I just got back from picking up a pizza for my son. I visit frequently because my son is autistic and has food issues so pizza is one of his foods. So one particular employee always recognizes me and that's very nice to be recognized. But aside from that, I always get kindness and smiles from everyone. These days it seems like you can't go anywhere without being treated like garbage but not at this pizza hut. The employees here are a ray of sunshine poking out of a thunderstorm. And for a tired mom just trying to get her kid fed, that means the world. I don't have a lot of extra money to leave a tip but I promise you all, you are not going unrecognized. Thank you so much for your great service and pizzas that my son adores!“

“A friendly customer service rep can make all the difference! I was doing the drive-through at Arby’s on Gage this afternoon, and as soon as I heard the voice asking for my order, I just felt welcomed. I guess the most striking thing about this is that I was really surprised. Apparently I don’t normally get that feeling at a drive-through! The young woman continued to be friendly and welcoming throughout the entire transaction. I wish I had her name so I could tell management that she needs to train the other employees! “I know this restaurant is probably older, but this Long John Silver’s is one of the most well-kept locations I’ve been to. No sticky tables, bottles, or greasy floors. Since the Long John Silver’s in my city closed, I decided to visit this one while enjoying a day out with the family in Topeka. The service was warm, friendly, and patient (we hadn’t been to a Long John Silver’s in years and had quite a time deciding!). The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. Definitely will be back!“

Husband got frustrated he quit..lol I had a little more patience and after finally getting correct location to stick, arrived and order succesful. BUT this review turned into a 5 star due to Rae. Rae empathized with our frustration and turned it into a comedic and fun experience. Rae is a keeper. Culver’s recently did a shared day for our Granddaughter Aspen’s reconstruction skull surgery and donated a portion of the sales to her. “I came in right after lunch rush on a Saturday and Elijah was holding down the fort solidly. Prompt, polite, and patient with the ordering process when I used my rewards app points for a salad. He made sure to check the ingredients of my order carefully when I mentioned my allergies, and the team made sure my food was made without my allergens. The fries and nuggets were hot, crisp, and delicious. Despite it being right after rush on a weekend, the restaurant was clean and well-kept, and all the crew were polite and focused. “What an amazing place! Miguel, the manager, truly went above and beyond. My husband was on a road trip when his car died in their parking lot. He didn’t have jumper cables and felt too embarrassed to ask anyone for help, so I called the store myself. Without hesitation, Miguel stepped in and immediately found jumper cables and helped my husband get back on the road.

“I went on Monday afternoon during lunch and it was PERFECT. I did not have the experience that a lot of people on here seem to have had. The sweet tea was just how I like it SUPER SWEET! It was fresh and didn't taste weird like a lot of restaurants/gas stations do. There was 4 of us and all of our food came out quick, hot, fresh and delicious! The front counter lady was a sweet heart and took great care of us! We enjoyed it and plan to go back soon! We are picky eaters so this says a lot.

Update: I went back this evening and it was a total disappointment compared to last time... They got our food wrong. Our fries and tea were old. My boyfriends patty melt was basically plain very little condiments/toppings. My onion rings were soggy and for some weird reason they only put the bacon and condiments on only one side of my burger. Not impressed. It wouldn't let me add another review so I just edited this one.“

“I went in and there was this really tall dude who was super chill. I ordered and while I was waiting, we had a nice conversation because I was the only one there. Julian is the best at pizza hut and deserves a raise. He also made the pizza and it was the BEST pizza I ever had in my life!“
