The Pad Inc. is a hometown go-to known for its excellent quality food and great salad bar. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, with fresh veggies, offering a classic, comforting taste reminiscent of traditional American diners. Customer service is superb, with patient, friendly, and fast staff who are welcoming and attentive. The building is spacious with plenty of room to sit and relax. However, some reviews note inconsistency: while the burger is good, the fries can be cold and crunchy, possibly from sitting out. One long-time customer feels something has changed for the worse, fearing the restaurant is coasting. Despite this, the restaurant is praised for its clean kitchen—one of the cleanest seen by a former Pepsi delivery worker—and helpful workers who keep the salad bar restocked. Prices are good, making it a comfortable spot for a great meal.
