“We had a great experience at Jefferson’s. Julia was our waitress and she was so friendly and made the substitutions we asked for without any hesitation. This is a great place when you need something quick, but don’t want the usual fast food options.“
“Warm atmosphere. The server Sherry was fantastic. Made us feel right at home! The food was delicious and the biscuits were incredible. We got a chicken fried steak bowl and a corned beef bowl. Both were awesome. Meals came out very quickly. 10/10 I would definitely come back when in town.“

“Had the Chili and cold plate sandwich. Nice to see the ol place fixed up. Chili was very hearty, sandwich was a heavy stack of meats along with hot and sweet pickles. Washed it down with a couple beers... Definitely not the same as before but darn good all on it's own.“
“A friend and I were craving Pizza so we decided on LaRocca's. Our Server greeted us promptly after we sat ourselves. She was friendly and checked on us often throughout our visit. We started with the Cheesy Sticks which came out fresh and hot-it had lots of cheese on it and the marinara was delicious. We ordered a small combo pizza, it was hot fresh and delicious! The crust on it was perfect! There are booths, tables and a back room(which was closed off when we went) there is also a small patio with a some outdoor tables for dining.“
“We traveled from wichita for a appt. And im so glad we stopped here for lunch. It came highly recommended and it was 5 stars on the food and service. “A local friend suggested the Philly cheese steak. I'm so grateful to him for that. Don't forget to add onions and peppers (jalapeño)! The onion rings and fried mushrooms were also delicious. Honestly, if we didn't know we were in Kansas, we could have sworn we were in northern Wisconsin. It felt like home.“

“The customer service I received this sunday at Perkin’s was phenomenal. I went out to eat with my mother in law and my infant son. He is at the teething age therefore he is quite cranky. The entire beginning of us getting there and ordering was filled with him crying (which is not fun in a restaurant). Once our meals came, a sweet older lady who is a team lead there, came to our table and offered to hold my crying son so I can eat. She said that I needed it. Not once has this type of customer service been offered to me anywhere else. I will remember this moment for a long time.“

“Very few restaurants deliver on their advertisements for spicy hot food. This restaurant delivered the spicy heat they advertised on their Serrano Inferno burger. It has big pieces of habanero chunks, and the ghost pepper cheese and salt are oh so good.“
“One the best Mexican restaurants in Kansas. Great salsa especially the Verde if you wanna spice it up. Some of my favorites include Chile Verde(only available when they have it on special) Ranchero Plater and Cartinas Plater, and Macho burrito which is smothered with queso and filled with choice of meat, rice, beans, cheese lettuce and tomatoes. Breakfast here is delicious as well the Chorizo burrito or Plate is the bees knees.“

“My husband & I stopped in tonight & we’re very happy with every aspect of this unique North Topeka establishment. Bartender was very friendly & went out of his way to describe the beer selections, which BTW are excellent. We had a great waitress & every bite of our Swedish sausage stroganoff & meatball & veggie soup was to die for but then we ordered sticky toffee pudding & now we’re in Heaven! Thank you!“
“It could have been 5 stars and I hope our next visit is. We arrived before the dinner rush but were set in a small section next to the bar....the table above us could look down at our table and so close we could each hear every word said. Just had hoped for more privacy. The ribeye meal was excellent and the chocolate dessert was even better. We had good service and the biggest fail was the appetizer we ordered was not brought out and when the meal came the server blamed it on the kitchen staff not preparing the appetizer or bringing it to us. Fingers crossed next visit we will get that appetizer!“
“One of my favorite spots. They offer big portions, great quality food, affordable options and prices. I am glad they are not just in Missouri or the KC area however this spot is pretty loud and echoing when customers sit and leave. Overall all is well and enjoyable!“
“The new owners are wonderful and really on top of things.The renovations look good, there’s a lot more staff and the service is top notch. We didn’t have to wait for drinks which is a huge plus.Food menu is still the same but I suspect they will be changing it. “Went for lunch. Service was outstanding. There were more people than I expected for this visit out of the way, rarely talked about location. That alone tells you something. The food was delicious. I had a buffalo chicken wrap and sweet potato fries. Good portion of food for lunch. I will be back!“
“Imma be honest, some of my experiences with Red Robin have been rough. Last night was completely perfect, our waiter G was incredible from starter to dessert! G was professional and kind to my family especially my son, asking him what he would like and if he needed anything extra. My fiance and I shared an appetizer and split a meal. G brought our plates split perfectly, he kept us topped up on drinks and ranch the entire time. I can't process regular potatoes so G made sure I got sweet potato fries whenever I needed. My son wanted a sundae for dessert and when he declined chocolate syrup, G made sure to ask if he wanted any of the other syrups available, then made sure he got the sundae he wanted with the sprinkles and whipped topping he asked for. Make sure you tip well when you get a server like G!“
“Abigail's never disappoints! Wait time on food can be a little long but totally worth it and absolutely huge portions at least 2 meals every time! THEY HAVE BY FAR THE BEST WINGS IN TOPEKA! “Restaurant was good but the parking lot with the massive "he-man" trucks spoiled the fun .. abit.. Physically ran into big truck's massive outside mirror and after backing out of my parking space to leave, a fast moving big truck, almost slammed into my car. “They closed and reopened. For years this place had good bar food for really good prices. Now, half the menu is offered and everything is higher priced. The burger wasn't the same at all it seemed to me and yeah, pretty much everything that made me eat here is gone. And while I had lunch it was me, my friend, and about 12 60+ year old people creating a seriously geriatric atmosphere. Sorry but if I'm gonna bother with any reviews I'm not gonna lie. Besides the food and bar they got 2 whole pool tables.“

I was not sure what beer to get (I’m not a fan of very flavorful beer) and the bartender offered me a couple light ones to taste. He chose perfectly. They were right up my ally.“
“A friend of mine had his 60th Birthday Party in the Party Room. There were plenty of high top table, booths in there to accommodate large groups. Our waitress Jess did great with drinks and food orders. I ordered the mild wings which came out fresh and hot. I usually order extra crispy but forget this time-they were still delicious!“

We definitely recommend and had claw machine and some quarter machines in it for son. Claw machine haf great claw and son one twice in a row.
