Taco Villa | Mexican is a long-time Topeka icon and a local small business that has been serving the area for decades. It is a no frills atmosphere that is really basic but homey, and the place is quite the throwback to another time, very 70's. The food is a Midwest gringo twist, definitely white boy tacos, but it works and is still fire. A long time standard fare, customers can get a good filling meal at a decent price. The enchilada platter is a go-to, with smothered cheese and beans. Other specific meals include the Taco dog, Taco burger, The thing, and regular tacos. The service is always great and the staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking all the way around the restaurant, with old time arcade games and prize machines for the kiddos.
