“This location, hands down, had the most polite employees I've ever came into contact with at a fast food establishment. Before we even stepped foot inside, an employee jogged ahead of us to open the door. The young man taking our order smiled and addressed us immediately. And we even observed several others walking around, asking if everyone's experience was good or if they needed anything. VERY impressed and I feel like this is a direct reflection on good management.“

The best thing that I love about the big biscuit is how many times the waitress comes to the table, not too little and not too much. The food was very fast and hot. “Always a joy to have a meal at First Watch! The service is incredible, kind staff that are super helpful with suggestions and any questions. The food is always fresh, filling, and colorful in the best ways.

This time, we got the barbacoa power bowl, pesto power bowl, trifecta plate, traditional breakfast and some million dollar bacon.

Also got an orange juice, regular iced coffee, hot coffee, and Honey Crunch Iced Coffee. The honey crunch was so yummy and strong toffee flavor.

“We attended a private event for approximately 50 guests at Austin's on Lone Elm this weekend. The taco bar was quite tasty, and stocked repeatedly for our group as needed. While the party was fun, it was ever more memorable due to our two servers, Mikaela and Jeremy. These two were so fun, exuberant and hard working professionals. Their constant smiles while keeping up with the drink orders with precision was fantastic! They were go getters from the start and made an already fun day even better. Great employees, good food, thank you Austin's Lone Elm for a great experience!“

“All I can say is WOW! I was seated immediately and asked what I would like to drink. Within one minute I had coffee and Ice water in front of me. My order was taken within two minutes. I ordered The Shoe. And it was totally amazing! My server Julie was very efficient. She was extremely warm and engaging. A very clean, cozy, and comfortable place to eat. “A great pizza place with televisions for games and fun. Service was absolutely slammed with orders which caused a slight delay but the food stayed consistently good. Servers are on top of their game! Our only complaint was the tiramisu was a solid brick straight from the freezer which made it difficult to eat. We made the best of it and considered it ice cream.“

Their steak sandwiches (actually, it's amazing), French dip, salads, wings, fries, and steaks are all great, but I've never eaten anything bad, so get what you want!

Update: I got the Summer Salad tonight with salmon and it was a perfect salad. I only wish they'd use romaine without the iceberg, but that's a health thing, not a flavor issue. My wife's chicken Caesar salad was good, but the chicken was extremely overdone. Same with the chicken on the other salad at our table. It's the first time we've had that issue, so not a big deal, but hopefully it's not a trend.“

“Don't ever got here for an holiday!!! They will quote you 2 hours and you'll have to wait 3.5 hours. The hostesses were rude and the management was even ruder. I mentioned needing to get something for my daughter (even if just a roll) since she's diabetic and had to wait extra long. I was told we would just have to wait. We left!“

“I came over here for breakfast with my 3 kids while waiting for my tires at discount tire. While the wait was long, we had a very long wait for the tires anyways so it didn’t matter much at all. This morning we had Patricia as our server, food runner and host. She was amazing. I watched multiple people come in and leave and even leave at the tables when waiting for food. She was extremely nice, especially in the condition. No ac, doing it all alone she was doing her best. The food was great. Probably the best Omelet i’ve had, especially their hollandaise sauce, it was delicious and worth the wait! Let this be a reminder to the people who were very mean, she tried her best under extreme heat and doing it all solo! She was wonderful so professional and incredibly sweet. Even when someone came to here as she was taking my tables order and said being shortstaffed is not an excuse and she should be ashamed of the service. She apologized sincerely and was very polite, and she even apologized to us for the people getting ang rt with her while she was taking our orders. It’s not her fault, she absolutely was great. So attentive, even brought my kids free fruit to snack on while we waited which was so sweet. Always be kind to people, i understand you can be frustrated, but also remember they are just as frustrated. Always be the reason someone smiles today!“

“We had lunch here today and it was simply perfect. We were seated in the bar. The absolutely incredible bartender was our server. He went above and beyond, answering questions, making recommendations, making sure our drinks were filled. We ordered a Farmer’s Daughter pizza and two side salads. Both were excellent. We took our servers suggestion on crust type and it was delicious. He also recommended the house herb salad dressing and it was exceptional. All of the Old Chicago’s near me are gone which makes me sad because it is so good!“
