Before we even stepped foot inside, an employee jogged ahead of us to open the door. The young man taking our order smiled and addressed us immediately. And we even observed several others walking around, asking if everyone's experience was good or if they needed anything. VERY impressed and I feel like this is a direct reflection on good management.“

“I usually like to enjoy A coffee or a breakfast after my gym session on the weekends, very friendly and positive energy when coming here. Theres this one specific server that always gets me rights and always very happy the serve me, I feel very welcomed and she goes out her way the make sure everything is right. She is a curly headed mexican young lady who deserves all the love and grace from everyone, very sweet heart and kind. Only reason why I go this specific franchise to be honest.“

“In the past, my husband and I have totally enjoyed our steak and bbq ribs. This time we ordered from the pick two menu. The Cajun chicken Philly was bland. That was a disappointment. Even my husband's burger was too plain. We won't quit you, but please make those certain items better.“

“We attended a private event for approximately 50 guests at Austin's on Lone Elm this weekend. The taco bar was quite tasty, and stocked repeatedly for our group as needed. While the party was fun, it was ever more memorable due to our two servers, Mikaela and Jeremy. These two were so fun, exuberant and hard working professionals. Their constant smiles while keeping up with the drink orders with precision was fantastic! They were go getters from the start and made an already fun day even better. “Don't ever got here for an holiday!!! They will quote you 2 hours and you'll have to wait 3.5 hours. The hostesses were rude and the management was even ruder. I mentioned needing to get something for my daughter (even if just a roll) since she's diabetic and had to wait extra long. I was told we would just have to wait. We left!“

Women's room had only one operational stool (out of three), trash on floors in all three stalls, & overflowing wastebaskets inside & outside the restroom. “We visited Minsky's on Ridgeview and 105th on June 3, 2026. The service was great! The atmosphere was very nice. We sat outside and enjoyed the music. The food was delicious. I especially liked the $7.99 deal. You get a large piece of pizza, salad and a drink. Their pizza is the best. Ashley was our waitress and she took great care of us.“

“We arrived around 6:40 am, barely anyone around so it was quiet. The food was fresh and exactly what we ordered. The waitress was friendly and checked on us from time to time. All liquids were topped off half way through our meals and towards the end she asked if we wanted refills. Great experience and this location.“

“I’d give a 6/5 stars if I could. I lost my fantasy football league and had to complete the pancake challenge. I was here for 9 hours eating 15 pancakes. During that time the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The service was very great and they even motivated me to push through and also made it entertaining with our conversations. Shoutout to Ericka, Carrie, Abdul, and Beverly. Great team over there!“
