“This location, hands down, had the most polite employees I've ever came into contact with at a fast food establishment. Before we even stepped foot inside, an employee jogged ahead of us to open the door. The young man taking our order smiled and addressed us immediately. And we even observed several others walking around, asking if everyone's experience was good or if they needed anything. VERY impressed and I feel like this is a direct reflection on good management.“

“The steak tacos was delish. Service for group parties was ok. They had difficulty keeping the food stocked for 60 people. Several times my people asked me while in line for food about things being empty and I would have to find a server to refill. The games and activities were fun!“

“Always a joy to have a meal at First Watch! The service is incredible, kind staff that are super helpful with suggestions and any questions. The food is always fresh, filling, and colorful in the best ways.

This time, we got the barbacoa power bowl, pesto power bowl, trifecta plate, traditional breakfast and some million dollar bacon.

Also got an orange juice, regular iced coffee, hot coffee, and Honey Crunch Iced Coffee. The honey crunch was so yummy and strong toffee flavor.

“We attended a private event for approximately 50 guests at Austin's on Lone Elm this weekend. The taco bar was quite tasty, and stocked repeatedly for our group as needed. While the party was fun, it was ever more memorable due to our two servers, Mikaela and Jeremy. These two were so fun, exuberant and hard working professionals. Their constant smiles while keeping up with the drink orders with precision was fantastic! They were go getters from the start and made an already fun day even better. “I stopped by here on a Friday night for dinner. I came in from Texas on a work trip, and I was not disappointed!

I went with the 7oz bourbon salmon with broccoli and 4-cheese mac n cheese. Everything was cooked perfectly, and was full of flavor! I’ll definitely be back to try out some of their other entrees.“

“Don't ever got here for an holiday!!! They will quote you 2 hours and you'll have to wait 3.5 hours. The hostesses were rude and the management was even ruder. I mentioned needing to get something for my daughter (even if just a roll) since she's diabetic and had to wait extra long. I was told we would just have to wait. We left!“

Even when someone came to here as she was taking my tables order and said being shortstaffed is not an excuse and she should be ashamed of the service. She apologized sincerely and was very polite, and she even apologized to us for the people getting ang rt with her while she was taking our orders. It’s not her fault, she absolutely was great. So attentive, even brought my kids free fruit to snack on while we waited which was so sweet. Always be kind to people, i understand you can be frustrated, but also remember they are just as frustrated. Always be the reason someone smiles today!“
