I haven’t been to a chilis in quite a long time mostly due to the service or lack there of at the location in Shawnee. However my mom and grandparents love the Old Timer burger and tonight was their night to choose dinner and they live not too far from your Olathe location. Our server, Ashley, was great. Got take out from Chili's for the first time in forever. It turned out to be really good and the food was fantastic. I have no idea about the atmosphere inside, but the food was ready, no missing parts, and overall was delicious. Will be back!

Used to work for chili's many years ago. The quality and taste of their dishes has gone down over the years. I hate to say it, the price of what you pay for is not there. The service was good. If you need a quick meal and everything else is busy, may want to give it a chance. It will still be on our last resort list, but wouldn't start here.
