In the past, my husband and I have totally enjoyed our steak and bbq ribs. This time we ordered from the pick two menu. The Cajun chicken Philly was bland. That was a disappointment. Even my husband's burger was too plain. We won't quit you, but please make those certain items better.
The menu sucks. I want a basic philly steak sandwich. Nope, not on the menu. Once in awhile servers can make it happen. Other times they can't think outside the box. The French dip was awful today. Definitely $20 wasted. When I ordered the plain hamburger, they put that nasty aioli on it. Most servers are not friendly at all. Servers insist on a small take home box that will not fit a sandwich and fries. When you ask for a bigger take home box they sigh and pout. They are skimpy...read full review
Quoted 30 minutes to be seated. Took over an hour. Watched two open tables that could have seated us sit empty the whole time. Inquired with server and she stated tables were being held for a party of twenty. My understanding is it is against your policy to seat groups that big. I brought a party of 13 on Jan 14th and were refused to be sat together due to this policy at this same restaurant. Sent feedback to corporate via email and the response was unapologetic stating the policy....read full review
