I’d love to give four stars but unfortunately the front desk staff gave us a bad taste. We walked in and waited for several minutes before we were greeted. We weren’t actually greeted though. A blonde younger lady working the front and pick up/take out area approached us. She didn’t smile, grabbed two menus and said follow me. She threw the menus on the table and continued walking. I ordered the Loaded Bird Dawg to go and was super excited about it. It ended up being a perfect fit for the whole ‘expectation’ vs ‘reality’ trend going around. Seriously disappointing.
