“Ordered with Uber eats and got the wrong food.. but i spoke with Matt and he literally went above and beyond offered me a credit and once i explained i lived in Texas and was just passing thru he then offered to mail me a refund. I realize i got the wrong food but the service alone the amount of concern put into just trying to make me happy is what deserves 5 stars. This is literally the best customer service I’ve ever received from a restaurant and not to be shady but it’s just a wing stop.GREAT SERVICE!!!!“
“My first time to this location. I ordered in and waited. What a busy operation! I was impressed with their excellent counter service and the cleanliness of the entire shop! Sorry no pics the grand kids devoured the pizza in no time. We always get the meat combo and the chocolate chip cookie pizza!“

“Ordering at an off-peak time for carryout once again helped to ensure a good experience at a good price. My large (14") three topping carryout pizza ($10) was ready for pickup at the promised time just 15 minutes after I ordered it late on a weekend afternoon. It had generous amounts of evenly distributed toppings on a tasty thin crust with fair amounts of cheese and sauce. I found the service at the counter to be cheerful and noticed six chairs in the takeout area. Nice!“
“The service was most excellent! I was completely surprised I didn't have to repeat myself while giving my order. She was very nice and polite and their service was excellent! My food got to my house quickly and the food was hot and tasted great! Awesome job Pizza Hut!“
“#PapaJohns (Olathe Store) you are a joke, you need to stop using 3rd party drivers (if they can't do their job) and own you're f#ck ups! This is ridiculous, I ordered (originally) at 545pm today, called after the 70min wait time, not to mention your site SAID it was 'delivered' (yet nothing) and when I spoke to your store, I was told 'another (same) order would be rush out right away by a store driver'.... yet here it is 833pm and after calling yet a 2nd time STILL nothing! Thank you Store Mgr for telling me there will be 'no charge', since that's the very LEAST you can do but I'm sure your customers (including myself) would rather you get your sh!t together!! “Great bar atmosphere. The bar staff were great as well. The only thing that i did not like was the food temperature. I like my wings hot, and unfortunately they may have been sitting too long before being served. The food tasted great just wish it was fresh when i got it.“
“Great dedicated older guy that works there. Last yr during a REALLY icy day pizza hut was the only pizza place open. This guy was the only employee that bothered to show up and took orders, prepped & baked all by himself. When i thanked him for his all his efforts to get there he smiled looking bewildered and said “it’s my job”. A true example of true work ethics.“
“I've come in a few times to music I haven't heard in years, and people in the kitchen singing along while they work. I don't think I've ever been ignored, and everyone I've been checked out by has been super friendly. Plus, I don't think any solo order has taken more than 5 minutes or less to get out to me, everyone back there works so so well with one another, even if they are goofing off at times. Awesome to see people enjoying their work! Super goofy and super friendly all around!“
