“Made a $50 call-in order on website and got to restaurant and was told they had no order for me (asking for my name). Told I had probably ordered at a different restaurant. After checking the order on my phone, I verified the address and gave drive thru the address of their store. Was told by drive-thru personnel that "well, that doesn't help anything". Was again asked my name. Told him again my last name. He asked my first name then and I told him. He said (kind of to himself but also to me) "well, it would helped if you'd given me that in the first place". A real smart alec. He finally came back and told me in a patronizing way that he was going to get my order together. (Obviously found it on the computer.) No apologie for not having the order ready, nothing. Called back and told the manager how I was treated by the drive-thru person. I commented on their website and was offered a $10 coupon to come back. $10 for paying $50 and getting disrespected? Told them to keep it. No, I won't be back.“

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

“My regular go-to Pizza Hut place. Overall, it has been an above average experiences. Once in a blue moon there’s a hiccup, but 95% of the time, I’m a satisfied customer. Should you come here? Yes. Why? I recommend it because I come here. If this changes in the future, this review will change too. Happy dining!“

“I ordered pizza for my staff at Caravel Autism Health in Olathe (because they are fabulous!) and requested an extra, clean pizza box because one of our little clients loves to play with pizza boxes. The food was piping hot when we got it and they graciously gave us an extra box for our little guy!“

“Me and my family went to eat and we absolutely loved the service we were provided, Patrick and Shawn were excellent in serving us and providing information regarding their remodeling plans for the salad bar. Incredible work and customer service.“
