Got there and I could see they were super busy but my order was ready, correct, and the staff was pleasant. I overheard several people complaining about waiting and about how long they had been told a delivery would take. I'm amazed at how anybody could have been upset, the roads were treacherous, they could have just shut down but they stayed open and did a great job!“

“I tried this for the first time and got spicy garlic tenders. WOW....this is some of the best chicken I've had. I wish they had some kind of sampler where you could try all of them. What I got could easily feed 3 people, so if it's just you, there will be leftovers. And they seem to be the kind of leftovers that actually get better! I will definitely be back. I ordered online and got it to go, so I just picked it up, that's why there are 4 stars for Service and atmosphere. But it was clean and nice inside. I only wonder why I haven't gone there earlier. “Just ate at the 78th and State location. Food was delicious. I had the 8 piece whole wings special for $8.99 and side order of livers. The breading is not heavy and both the wings and livers were nice and crispy. The wife had the tenders combo and the tenders were a good size. She liked the taste and lite batter. Will definitely go back. I need to try the fish. Other customers raved about the fish. Staff were very nice and friendly. They cook your food to order so expect to wait. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion.“

“I found a HUMAN HAIR ON MY PIZZA from this Pizza Hut on Wornall Rd on Aug 28, 2026. It was not mine, and it was just sitting in the middle like it had been placed there. I didn't see it until I'd eaten two pieces already, and when I realized I wanted to throw up over the place. The female employe did it I'm sure, she had not been too friendly when I picked the pizza up and quickly turned away when I opened the box to take a quick peek. ABSOLTUELY DISGUSTING, PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!! When I wrote the corporate they couldn't even be bothered to respond!!“
