“Honestly, Pizza Hut was pretty good. The pizza came hot, the cheese was melted good, and the crust had a nice flavor. The toppings were decent and everything tasted fresh. It wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it definitely did the job and I’d order it again. I’d give it like an 8/10.“

“We were in the pool and wanted pizza! Didn’t want to leave the pool so placed our order for delivery via the app. Left a comment to bring it to the pool. 100% in shock when I saw the pizza delivery guy coming on back for poolside delivery! What! Who does that? Pizza Hut at Hollywood Blvd in Lee’s Summit that’s who! We are regular customers and this just reminded me why! Truly above and beyond! Wow!!! 💯🍕❤️“

“I actually called this store on accident to submit feedback about the fries and not getting the drink that came with the order. The GM Jason was very professional, took his time to get clarification of all of the details, and provided great customer service. It didn't feel like I was just another customer calling to complain.
Fortunately, we found out it was the Woods Chapel Wingstop in Lee's Summit Wingstop that made the errors.
Though I've never been to this Wingstop, I can tell he has good management skills and will more than likely run onto how he runs the place. Thanks Jason!“

“GAME DAY-GO CHIEFS!! Shout out to Pizza Hut Manager at 350 Blue Parkway Lees Summit MO. I messed up an order. The Manager at Pizza Hut Blue Parkway took my order and allowed deductions for my pizza and birthday dessert. Thank you Mr. Manager. Made my day, I don’t have to go out and get something else!! And he wished me happy birthday. LOVE PIZZA HUT! LOVE STORE MANAGER AT BLUE PARKWAY LEES SUMMIT. Now ready for CHIEFS Magic!!“
“Went through drive-thru just a few minutes ago. Guy working drive-thru window was very funny. He honestly made me day and the food was amazing like always. “Excellent pizza and incredible, I do mean incredible, chocolate chunk cookies. Unfortunately, they're only available by the half dozen. Price aside, trust me, you'll need all 6. Don't forget the milk! Did I mention you have to order the cookies at the same time as the pizza, because they bake them fresh. BTW, the Overland Park location, in the old D'Bronx on Metcalf, opens tomorrow (August 10, 2026). Trust me when I say I'll be the first through the door and all the pizza and cookies will be gone by bed.“
