A huge thank you to Papa John's and their staff for serving the Lee's Summit School District today! My kids were thrilled!
Something is always wrong or broken when you want a pizza and it takes too long vs what the app says
Kudos to the manager who kept her composure yesterday! My veggie pizza was delish. Excellent customer service.

Papa John's Pizza is a popular spot for a delicious meal. Despite some issues with delivery, the management team is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager, James, went above and beyond to deliver a pizza personally when the driver was unable to do so. However, some customers have experienced disappointing experiences with their orders. One customer received a pizza with the wrong toppings, burnt garlic knots, and chicken bits instead of boneless BBQ wings. The customer was left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and ultimately decided not to return. On the other hand, another customer had a positive experience with the plain wings being made to order and being efficiently served. Overall, while Papa John's Pizza has some room for improvement, they are committed to customer service and making things right when mistakes occur.
