“Visited this restaurant on Monday. I’d never heard of Costa Vida. We were visiting in the area & went here with my sister & bil. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the food was. Sweet pork, on my!!!! The staff was extremely pleasant & helpful. Very clean. We will be back when in the area.“

They support in-person ordering at the counter and a drive thru, as well as mobile ordering. Service is always fast and efficient, the employees are always exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the food is made to order, so it’s ALWAYS hot AND fresh! The homemade lemonade is top tier, the chicken and sides are among the best in quality and flavor for fast food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant over all the competitors in the area.“

“This is my first time visiting Nick The Greek. I was greeted by the server with a smile and a warm welcome. He guided me the menu options and helped me with my choice. The server was knowledgeable about the food. He answered my questions with genuine friendliness. My food was savory and tasteful. I really enjoyed the beef/lamb gyro on my Mediterranean bowl.“

“Went through the drive thru to grab the cement mixer flavor of the day. Oreo cheesecake!! The double line was long so I thought I was in for a wait. “110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.“

Didn’t want to leave the pool so placed our order for delivery via the app. Left a comment to bring it to the pool. 100% in shock when I saw the pizza delivery guy coming on back for poolside delivery! “I noticed a sign for a McDonalds, exit off I-470 Lees Summit, took the exit and it was only 2 miles off the highway, what a nice touch by Missouri DOT. The food was tasty as usual. The location is nestled in an area accessible by 2 roundabouts making it highly desirable for road weary travelers. Love the Fish Sandwich and of course the famous fries.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Panda Express and felt it was worth taking a moment to recognize the team there.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly fast, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can immediately tell when a team takes pride in what they do, and that was absolutely the case here.

What really stood out to me was a small moment that spoke volumes about their customer service. My two-year-old accidentally spilled some rice on the floor, and I started cleaning it up myself. One of the employees quickly came over, kindly told me not to worry about it, and insisted they would take care of it. That level of awareness and willingness to step in—even when I was already handling it—shows a team that is not only well-trained but truly cares about the customer experience.

It’s clear this location has strong management and a culture built around real, genuine American customer service—something that’s getting harder to find these days.

“The sandwiches were great, but I wanted to leave this review specifically about the cashier. I wish I had gotten his name, but he absolutely made my and my kids’ day. We came in to grab lunch on Saturday 2/7 and my young kids were both visibly sad and not having a great day. The cashier noticed this, paid for two cookies using his own money, and gave them to us. It was a small gesture but it meant the world to us and was one of those “restoring faith in humanity” moments. I could have cried just because of two cookies. It was an excellent opportunity to talk to my kids about paying it forward as well. Thank you, kind cashier!!“

“This location is the best Burger King in the country. I have been to burger kings around the world and nothing compares to the courtesy and professional. In fact this is the best fast food restaurant all together. The food is so much better then any other location. I stopped eating Burger King along time ago and now I have eaten here 4 times with my family and I’m beyond impressed.“
