“Visited this restaurant on Monday. I’d never heard of Costa Vida. We were visiting in the area & went here with my sister & bil. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the food was. Sweet pork, on my!!!! The staff was extremely pleasant & helpful. Very clean. We will be back when in the area.“

“This is my first time visiting Nick The Greek. I was greeted by the server with a smile and a warm welcome. He guided me the menu options and helped me with my choice. The server was knowledgeable about the food. He answered my questions with genuine friendliness. My food was savory and tasteful. I really enjoyed the beef/lamb gyro on my Mediterranean bowl.“

“I genuinely love Culver’s. Everything I try is better than I even expect. Don’t be afraid to get the Atlantic Cod sandwich because it’s sooo good. Also the coke is always crispy and good.

Edit: to add info to another comment about charging $0.20 for removing toppings - that’s a (credit) and if he adds the receipt total, he’ll find it was deducted from the price and not added. Haha.“

“I hope the lady and the few other employees at this branch see this and feel proud of how INSANELY hard they worked while short staffed!!! They all kept apologizing to impatient people for the "wait", which was not long at all because they were practically running and out of breath while filling orders. WELL DONE! “110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.“

Didn’t want to leave the pool so placed our order for delivery via the app. Left a comment to bring it to the pool. 100% in shock when I saw the pizza delivery guy coming on back for poolside delivery! “The people working here have so much patience. The local neighborhood teen boys ride their bikes, motorcycles, and motorized scooters here to get snacks and act like heathens. The kids are driving dangerously through the parking lot, stealing sodas, leaving their food mess all over the floors and tables, being loud and rowdy. If you don’t find the restaurant in the best condition just know that the staff is busy with customers and local boys who haven’t been taught how to behave in public.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Panda Express and felt it was worth taking a moment to recognize the team there.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly fast, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can immediately tell when a team takes pride in what they do, and that was absolutely the case here.

What really stood out to me was a small moment that spoke volumes about their customer service. My two-year-old accidentally spilled some rice on the floor, and I started cleaning it up myself. One of the employees quickly came over, kindly told me not to worry about it, and insisted they would take care of it. That level of awareness and willingness to step in—even when I was already handling it—shows a team that is not only well-trained but truly cares about the customer experience.

It’s clear this location has strong management and a culture built around real, genuine American customer service—something that’s getting harder to find these days.

“The sandwiches were great, but I wanted to leave this review specifically about the cashier. I wish I had gotten his name, but he absolutely made my and my kids’ day. We came in to grab lunch on Saturday 2/7 and my young kids were both visibly sad and not having a great day. The cashier noticed this, paid for two cookies using his own money, and gave them to us. It was a small gesture but it meant the world to us and was one of those “restoring faith in humanity” moments. I could have cried just because of two cookies. It was an excellent opportunity to talk to my kids about paying it forward as well. Thank you, kind cashier!!“

I stopped by Subway for a quick bite and was really impressed. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was soft, and the sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted. The staff was friendly and quick with service, and the place was clean and welcoming. Perfect spot for a healthy meal on the go!“
