Chick-fil-A offers good food and great service, with many customers returning often. One location is much better than the old one off Chipman when it comes to food taste and preparation. The restaurant is very convenient for those who live close by. This location has awesome customer service, and the people standing out in the heat are fabulous. Customers recommend using the online ordering app to skip the long line. However, some issues exist. One customer ordered chicken tenders a 4ct but got nuggets instead, and no one communicated about a substitution. Another customer wishes the QR codes could change location based on what store it was scanned in. A customer also notes that ordering from the phone ahead of time does not move quicker than the other side of the line, and now they will only use one lane. Another customer received a bag with zero napkins. Chick-fil-A use to be the gold standard, and one customer says do better.

This location has awesome customer service. My family had tried to dine in on the app and when scanning the QR code at the other location it failed to change to the one we were at. We called and headed over and they made sure we got taken care of and were friendly and understanding.

I wish the QR codes could change location based on what store it was scanned in. But it was our mistake not to check.

I ordered chicken tenders a 4ct but got nuggets instead as you can see I still ate it but its not what I ordered. Like if they were out or something and needed to substitute it they should tell me that and communicate that idk if that’s the case but I’m confused why my order was not correct.
