“Stopped by Crumbl Cookies and had such a great experience. The staff was delightful and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The multiple self-service ordering kiosks made ordering quick and easy, and the counter display with samples of all the cookie offerings was a nice touch.

There were six staff members busy at work, along with one person overseeing the counter and assisting customers with orders. That same person prepared our order and presented it when it was ready, keeping the process smooth and efficient.

An easy stop for a quick treat with fresh, delicious cookies and excellent customer service. Definitely a place we’ll be back to visit!“

“I ordered a 6 inch ice cream cake for my husband's birthday recently and for some odd reason his photo did not come out right. I am sure the cake maker probably thought I intended for it to be that way, haha. I am sure I messed something up in the ordering, who knows what happened. When I arrived for the cake pick up date, the mistake was addressed. The sympathetic young lady behind the counter Natalia contacted the manager to see what could be done. Luckily I had an extra day before my husband's birthday. The manager Mark said they would re-make the cake for me for the next day. Natalia provided me an email to submit new photos (which she had no obligation to do for me), which I so appreciated. The next day Mark called me earlier than the new pick up time and let me know the cake was fixed and ready to go. Mark went above and beyond to make things right for me. My husband loved the cake and I couldn't be more appreciative for the staff at Baskin-Robbins. Thank you Natalia and Mark for making my husband's special day perfect!“

“I genuinely love Culver’s. Everything I try is better than I even expect. Don’t be afraid to get the Atlantic Cod sandwich because it’s sooo good. Also the coke is always crispy and good.

Edit: to add info to another comment about charging $0.20 for removing toppings - that’s a (credit) and if he adds the receipt total, he’ll find it was deducted from the price and not added. Haha.“

“110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.“
