Crumbl Cookies offers fresh, delicious cookies with excellent customer service. The staff is delightful and friendly, greeting customers as soon as they walk in. The shop is absolutely immaculate, shining and sparkly at every corner. Multiple self-service ordering kiosks make ordering quick and easy, and the counter display with samples of all the cookie offerings is a nice touch. The cookies always come out tasting great and still taste delicious 3-4 days after buying them. Service is very fast and very friendly, with orders ready in maybe 5 minutes or even 30 seconds after checking out. The store is nice and clean, with six staff members busy at work and one person overseeing the counter to keep the process smooth and efficient. An easy stop for a quick treat. Some customers wish for a little card that identifies each cookie, like chocolatiers do. Overall, it is a nice treat and a place customers will be back to visit.
