This location is terrible. It’s a shame that they refuse to serve certain items when it’s only 7:00 p.m. and they don’t close until 11:00 p.m. The employees, and especially the manager, don’t seem to care at all. Very disappointing experience.

I placed an online order at 10:24 p.m., with a scheduled pickup time of 10:50 p.m. When I arrived, I was informed by staff (Heaven & Jane) that the order had been picked up by DoorDash. I explained that I did not place a DoorDash order.

This wasn't my first time eating at a Chipotle but it was the first time the food was horrible. We ordered 2 bowls (1 chicken & 1 carnitas)to go and ended up throwing them away, the rice was dried out and everything was flavorless.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is known for serving quality food, including fresh chips, and having friendly, energetic, and patient staff. The restaurant maintains a clean counter and properly separates food, even during slow hours. While some customers have experienced issues with being rushed out during closing time, others have had pleasant experiences with quick ordering and receiving their food. This location is considered one of the best in the area. The staff is often described as young, vibrant, and accommodating, providing customers with a complete positive experience. One customer specifically mentioned the great customer service of Lucas at the register, who greeted them with a warm smile and apologized for any inconvenience. However, another customer had a negative experience when a manager approached them for taking a picture of the artwork on the walls, making them feel like a "criminal for no reason."
This location seemed a little chaotic behind the counter, but the food was reliable and delicious. Customers can usually count on Chipotle to satisfy the taste they are looking for and leave satisfied. Orders placed on the app are always ready when customers walk in, and the smell when you walk in is intoxicating. The Alex Warren Bowl never disappoints. The dining area and bathroom are always well kept, and the drink station is always stocked. Chase redeemed his coworkers' pathetic excuse of a full sized burrito with 3 ingredients, and was attentive to customers.
