I liked it. I went to drive thru, they were very nice. I got the Korean chicken sandwich, it was really good, the sauce is so good. It is sticky and messy but I didn't care, I ate it w/o bun just bcuz that's what I do. Fries were hot and salty. Maybe give it another try.
I ordered a Shackburger, my wife got the Portobello Mushroom burger ( vegetarian). We both got cheese fries and then a ten piece chicken for the lil ones. Totaled almost fourty dollars. Both burgers were amazing on flavor ( watch for melting cheese sauce on the Mushroom ) however they are over priced for the size ( my opinion). The cheese fries are a good portion size of crickle cut fries with a great cheese sauce ( not nacho ). I didn't try to fight the lil ones for a chicken...read full review

The food is good. The shakes are delicious. The cost seems insane to me. Over $50 for 3 people for decent fast food. One being a child who got a hot dog and a vanilla shake. Would rather get the same/similar meal at Paul's in KC and spend much less.
