“Always good and fast service when I go, I haven't been inside this location yet so I can't speak much for the ambiance but the drive through service has always been great. I only get ice cream from Dairy Queen so I can't speak on the food, but go get you an American classic Vanilla cone, you won't regret it. lol“
“Best Topsy's Popcorn in Kansas City area, period. This location makes their own caramel, cheese and cinnamon popcorn onsite, unlike the other Topsy's locations. You'll notice that the cheese and cinnamon coverage is much more thorough on each kernel when you buy from this particular Topsy's. Don't take my word for it, check it out compare them yourself. “I don't know why people dont like this place, I'm heading down here all the time and their food is the best! I mean, have you TRIED their Pretzel Twists? They are pretty good for what they have to offer. Even if you have to wait a while to get your food, it's always fresh and hot. I like this place, these people need to stop overreacting.“

However, High Hopes Ice Cream served up what is undoubtedly the best ice cream I have ever had in my life. I eat a lot of ice cream. The honey cinnamon in a waffle cone was divine. “I had to come back for another sampling of the Paleta bars. This time I order half a dozen to go for a special treat on Valentine's Day. They made it home just fine and did not melt. This time I had the sweet and sour mango bar. They were good. If you don't want any sweets then I would opt for this one. Service was good. I got in and out within 10 minutes. The ambiance is casual, relax atmosphere.“
