“Love Love LOOVVEEE their ice cream. I ordered the 6 mini scoop option(scoops were still pretty big). My daughter and I had a difficult time deciding which was our favorite because they were all so delicious! I also ordered the chocolate chip cookies which were also amazing. I look forward to going back with the rest of my children. Thank you for your amazing service and the best ice cream I've had in a long time.“

Presentation and taste are always on point, I don’t think I’ve had a disappointing experience here. “Went through the drive thru to grab the cement mixer flavor of the day. Oreo cheesecake!! The double line was long so I thought I was in for a wait. “I ordered a 6 inch ice cream cake for my husband's birthday recently and for some odd reason his photo did not come out right. I am sure the cake maker probably thought I intended for it to be that way, haha. I am sure I messed something up in the ordering, who knows what happened. When I arrived for the cake pick up date, the mistake was addressed. The sympathetic young lady behind the counter Natalia contacted the manager to see what could be done. Luckily I had an extra day before my husband's birthday. The manager Mark said they would re-make the cake for me for the next day. Natalia provided me an email to submit new photos (which she had no obligation to do for me), which I so appreciated. The next day Mark called me earlier than the new pick up time and let me know the cake was fixed and ready to go. Mark went above and beyond to make things right for me. My husband loved the cake and I couldn't be more appreciative for the staff at Baskin-Robbins. Thank you Natalia and Mark for making my husband's special day perfect!“

“The DQ in Grandview must be under new management and/or ownership; we stopped by today. The service was wonderful; the staff was very friendly. We were about to give up on this location due to slow, poor service. We will be back.“

“Food was good as a normal sonic drive-in. The kid that brought our food notices our dogs and offered to get them a couple of wag cups. Atmosphere gets a lower rating simply from the turn in off the street is bad. With curbs on a hill that are hard to navigate.“
“Best Topsy's Popcorn in Kansas City area, period. This location makes their own caramel, cheese and cinnamon popcorn onsite, unlike the other Topsy's locations. You'll notice that the cheese and cinnamon coverage is much more thorough on each kernel when you buy from this particular Topsy's. Don't take my word for it, check it out compare them yourself. You'll see.“

“110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.“

“One of the employees actively engaged with our toddler nephew, asking what flavor and toppings he’d like, which creature creation (even showed him the cups to choose from), then hyped him up to wear the creature creation crown. Several kids came in after us and she did the same with them. Super impressed with the friendly service! Made his and our night!“
