Once again a less than stellar experience. I have avoided coming to this location for months due to the poorly trained and very unprofessional and rude staff at this location. I ordered online - it states ready at 8:52. I pulled into the empty drive thru at 8:52 and had to wait for somebody to come to the speaker. Then I stated I had ordered online and gave my name she told me to go ahead and pull forward was very polite at that point. I get to the window she opens the window...read full review
