The food is always fresh and great, establishment was clean. However, I ordered an online order and it was incorrect. Everyone makes mistakes, the issue was when I went back to get the correct sandwich made. The employee, Ryan, was rude to me and her coworker. Worst run Franchise store I've ever encountered. It is constantly out of items with no update on app or online. Seemingly out of one type of bread or another. On multiple occasions they switched up orders, putting mixed matched ingredients on different sandwiches. Its not rocket science to follow directions on a ticket. I'd be embarrassed as a franchise owner and look for a better system of management.
