The employees are generally friendly, and the drive-thru line moves at a fairly reasonable pace, but the food isn't nearly as good as it used to be. The burgers are usually dry, and the chocolate extreme blizzard is now anything but extreme. It barely has any chocolate flavor and no chunks of chocolate like it used to have. I don't know what they changed, but I wish they made things the way they used to.

Extremely slow. The employee kept coming back to our car several times asking what kind of blizzards we ordered. We had ordered four and were very clear about the kinds. They asked us 5 times what kind they were. Then we ordered a twist cone and they forgot that and we had to remind them twice. We waited a very long time for our order. We are very patient people but this was really very poor customer service today.

One sauce for 6 piece chicken tenders we should a least get Two, makes no senses to charge for more than one dipping sauce. This place Is a ripoff Culver's has way better ice cream and customer service. Won't be coming back

And another 10 min for them to actually get it to me. I could see employees talking and on their phones from the window and nobody was inside other than them. They were friendly but it should never take that long. Probably will go to sonic next time.
