“The workers always greet me with a smile and welcome me into the store. I order on a screen then stand and wait for my cookies. The atmosphere would be better if seating was provided while you wait but luckily the wait isn’t long and when they hand me my cookies they ask if everything looks good. I always say yes and they close the box and hand it to me. the screen asks for a tip, with a note saying it goes to the bakers, which i don’t understand because I’m already paying the bakers for the cookies..? but regardless, Crumbl is a store me and my friends enjoy visiting once a week to try the assortment of cookies. I will be going again.“

“Went for ice cream after dinner, I love their triple mango and Jamocca flavor so I asked to do half scoop for both since I was pretty full but was told they can’t do that and only offered 2 kid scoop instead which were still quite big. Other locations did that for me before.“

“Today, our homeschool program held a fundraiser here after school. There were only two workers, Nathan, and another young lady in the back. There were over 100 people in line. These two served everyone with a smile. They were friendly and got orders out as quickly as possible. I know they were probably feeling overwhelmed, but they did not show it. I’m sure they were exhausted once their shift was over! I hope the owner sees this, because those two definitely deserve a raise!“

I also got ice in my juice and I so appreciate that you put the juice that doesn’t fit in the cup due to ice in another small cup so I don’t get shorted juice. “There is a lady,in the afternoon/evenings, at the window drive thru that is always very pleasant. She has a genuine smile and is authentic in her interactions with customers. I make sure to tell her every time I see her.

“Best Topsy's Popcorn in Kansas City area, period. This location makes their own caramel, cheese and cinnamon popcorn onsite, unlike the other Topsy's locations. You'll notice that the cheese and cinnamon coverage is much more thorough on each kernel when you buy from this particular Topsy's. Don't take my word for it, check it out compare them yourself.
