I do like the food. A little too much on the ketchup, though, for my burger. Lol. Same with pickles. Nevertheless, this is still a great stop when you're out and about. Not to mention the great selection of ice cream!
It's a shame that milkshakes are a thing of the past for DQ. No variety anymore, just your average flavors. Guess the focus is solely Blizzards now.As for the service, most times it's a decent experience. Though recently I ordered a caramel fudge shake, corrected them twice and still didn't get fudge :(

I come here a lot due to me working close by but these outdated operations practices are making me want to wait in the line at Wendy’s instead. There’s no reason to have cars pulled up in a line up when ordering and having everyone start their car and move it just to help with your drive through time.
