This is the very best location! The employees have always been friendly and polite. The food is always fresh and hot. My favorite is the classic cheeseburger and their fries are pretty good. The place looks clean, and I always get good vibes.
I come through the drive through and get a plain vanilla cone quite frequently. The staff is polite and very quick. No complaints here. Much better service than the nearby Freddy's. Very fast service, though I typically am there outside of peak hours and there's never any other customers in the drive through.I can't speak to the food. I come to DQ for ice cream and that's it.

i’ve always loved how friendly everyone is at this DQ. however, i have been waiting since maybe the 90s for the peanut brittle crunchies to return and i was very disappointed to be given a sparse sprinkling on both of our ice creams! here is a side by side of my sister’s cone from another DQ in town on the same day. please, for goodness sake, fix the crunchie crisis!

I come here a lot due to me working close by but these outdated operations practices are making me want to wait in the line at Wendy’s instead. There’s no reason to have cars pulled up in a line up when ordering and having everyone start their car and move it just to help with your drive through time. Either get rid of the system or learn to have practical expectations. Second bags, stop being cheap and give customers bags for their order handing them a box with an open ice cream a drink makes no sense. 15 minutes for a cheeseburger no side seems a bit ridiculous.

I do like the food. A little too much on the ketchup, though, for my burger. Lol. Same with pickles. Nevertheless, this is still a great stop when you're out and about. Not to mention the great selection of ice cream!
It's a shame that milkshakes are a thing of the past for DQ. No variety anymore, just your average flavors. Guess the focus is solely Blizzards now.As for the service, most times it's a decent experience. Though recently I ordered a caramel fudge shake, corrected them twice and still didn't get fudge :(

When ordering I knew I should have left the person was very rude and seemed inconvenienced by me ordering 2 meals. The ice cream tasted soured I stopped eating it because I was honestly concerned. The chicken and fries were ok but they are chicken tenders and fries it is hard to mess those up.

EDITED from a bad review to a good review for one MAJOR reason being the phone call from the store. They listened to my issue and assured me changes are in place. It took guts to call an unhappy customer and I commend Julie for making the call. Mistakes were made on both sides. Somehow my order got under Grubhub and not the store directly. That started the confusion. I have talked to corporate and the store and I feel this is an isolated incident. We have been to this store a minimum of 30 times since they opened and ALWAYS received excellent service. Our new fav is the Oreo cake. I will be back within the week.
