Andy's Frozen Custard Reviews
Today, our homeschool program held a fundraiser here after school. There were only two workers, Nathan, and another young lady in the back. There were over 100 people in line. These two served everyone with a smile. They were friendly and got orders out as quickly as possible. I know they were probably feeling overwhelmed, but they did not show it. I’m sure they were exhausted once their shift was over! I hope the owner sees this, because those two definitely deserve a raise!
I used to love Andy’s, especially for their concretes. However, recently the concretes are not well blended, with all the topping towards the top and plain custard at the bottom. Also, I ordered a Jackhammer, and there was barely any fudge and not much topping. Definitely not worth the price. So disappointing. It’s gotten sloppy. :(

Andy's Frozen Custard serves delicious treats, including the popular Triple Chocolate Concrete, which is praised for its smooth and creamy texture. Customers often highlight that the frozen custard strikes a perfect balance between just ice cream and pure indulgence. Many enjoy their experience and plan to return, noting that they are super fast even when it’s packed. Seasonal flavors are a favorite as they never disappoint. However, some customers express concerns about rising prices and the peculiar taste of certain items, like the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer. Despite these issues, the service is generally considered great, making it a must-visit spot for anyone craving a sweet fix.
