“All I can say is WOW! My husband & I went here for the first time last Friday and from the moment we stepped it we had the best dining experience we’ve ever had in the Kansas City area. Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!“

“We had such a great experience at the LS Pegah’s tonight. Our kids were tired from homecoming festivities and whiny, making them harder to maintain. Our waitress and the entire staff were nothing but amazing to us coming over talking to the kids and making sure we had everything we needed. There was a slight mishap with our one of our dishes and our server (Emma I think) felt so bad and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be back- our food was amazing!!“

“We had such a wonderful experience at Cooper’s Hawk Winery in Lee’s Summit! The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the wine was excellent. Everything came together for a perfect experience.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcomed throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Paul—he always checks on us and takes such great care of us. He’s definitely one of our favorites! ❤

“Guy working the register was very kind and helpful. Took the order to go and the chicken was extremely delicious and portions were good. Great little halal spot in Lee's Summit! The nature of a hot chicken sandwich means it will be more delicious if eaten there or quickly but it was good even though we weren't able to eat it right away“

“Went through the drive thru to grab the cement mixer flavor of the day. Oreo cheesecake!! The double line was long so I thought I was in for a wait. I was up to the speaker in no time to place my order. The young man was super friendly and efficient. I was off with my favorite treat in no time. Super great experience.“

“I've tried the peach cobler French toast and its limited time. Best. I've also tried the mega bacon smash with an egg but take the veggies off and I've tried their hasbrown casserole all the way they call it but put sausage gravy on it. They dont have the chicken sandwiches anymore but you can put strips on a bun. Vi was my server and she tried to figure out how I could do some things they had before since they recently changed their menu. She was great. Asked me to write a review so this is my opinion.“

“I ordered decorated cookies for a birthday celebration. The birthday girl loves quilting and flowers. They made half with each. The finished product was beautiful! And they were fresh and very tasty!“

“I just had a bowl of their roasted pepper Gouda soup. It was great. This is the second time I’ve had soup there and both were so flavorful and tasty. Restaurant is always clean and everyone is personable. Everything I’ve had has been wonderful.“

The complimentary cinnamon roll is old school cafeteria style that you can order to go by the dozen. There’s a reason this place remains the staple in downtown LS! Enjoy!“

“My country fried steak was the best I’ve had, the chef definitely kicked butt making it. The waitress? So sweet and attentive. The real star of the show was the manager, I wish I could have caught his name. He was standing at the front with the hosts, talking to any and everybody that came in, including the kiddos. He welcomed everybody like they are his family. The way a restaurant runs is easily told by looking at the manager during a rush. Not only was he calm, but he helped, he reassured, he offered to bus tables, handled problems with tickets, ALL WITH A SMILE. Will be returning.“
