“About every other order I a, missing an item. Last night ordered a tenderloing with lettuce, tomato and onilion on the side. When I got ome the Lettuce. tomatoe and onoin were not there, Not good. Another time my order of french fries were not include I see drive thru people stoping to check their order- thismust be a common issue. Wonderfil food amd employees. But when you dot get the food you ordered and paid for it kinda spoils everything“

“We eat at texas roadhouse frequently and have never had bad service or a bad meal. Food and service has always been top knotch!! This day we went for dinner, and Brooklyn was out waitress. “I work and shop at the location on 4545 S. Noland Rd. in Independence, but this location ties with my work spot as my favorite store to shop at. Love the people I see here regularly, particularly Amanda, Courtney and... I think two other people I know back in the deli are named Crystal and Olivia? These deli clerks always seem glad/excited to see me, love to chat and they've even memorized not only what I typically buy whenever I come back there, but also how I like my deli meat cut! The cashiers whose lines my mom and I go through whenever we are there have been awesome as well. Grate service, communication and conversation with these people!“

“During my visit to Applebee’s, I had one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time because of our server. She was a young woman whose name started with the letter “S.” I wish I could remember her full name because she truly deserves the recognition. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and a positive attitude that made us feel welcome. She was kind, patient, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She checked on us regularly without being overwhelming, made sure our drinks were always filled, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. What stood out most was how genuine she was. She didn’t just do her job she made us feel like valued guests. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and professional while giving every table great service. Her upbeat personality made the experience even more enjoyable, and it was clear that she cared about making sure her customers had a great visit. Excellent customer service can completely change a dining experience, and she proved that. Because of her kindness, efficiency, and welcoming attitude, our meal was memorable for all the right reasons. Employees like her are the reason customers choose to come back. I hope Applebee’s knows what a wonderful employee they have. Although I can’t remember her full name, I know it started with an “S,” and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. She represented the restaurant exceptionally well and made our visit a fantastic experience. Thank you for going above and beyond it truly made a difference.“
